Host is very polite and attentive The place is clean and comfortable Breakfast is filling Location 2 blocks from Plaza de los ponchos

Our bed was against the wall giving on the street and the noise all night and as of 5am was as if there was no wall

Good breakfast of fresh bread butter jam eggs cooked to order fresh coffee glass of pure fruit juice and a plate of sliced fruit. Enjoyed having breakfast brought to our table, not a buffet. Staff was very helpful with scheduling taxis and scheduling breakfast. Plenty of hot water for showers and comfortable beds. Our room had a balcony overlooking the street, yet not disturbed by traffic noise inside the room. Not fancy, but an excellent choice in Otavalo.

Took multiple trips up and down the stairs to the reception and about an hour to get the to get the wifi working.

Wonderful staff, incredible attention to cleanliness - lovely calm, quiet rooms.

The wifi signal in our room was too weak to be usable - but we were on the top floor. In the lobby/cafe area it was nice and strong.

Beautiful building, very nice staff!

The WiFi was not working very well, the thick building walls are not helping.
