Clean rooms, Breakfast buffet, good restaurant, amazingly funny staff
Not on Patong beach. Too many buildings of the hotel, main picture of bar is misleading. Rooms not big

Hotel was nice and comfortable. Staff were excellent. The shuttle to and from Patong was handy.
It is a little worn, holes in sheets etc, nothing major. Location in not great so needed taxi to get anywhere. Nearby beach not really a beach.

Very spacious room. Great poolside and mountain view. Very clean. The air-conditioner worked perfectly, which was great for the hot days. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was well priced and tasted fantastic. The breakfast selections 6 abundant and changed every day. The facilities such as pool and gym were clean and open for 24 hours every day. We rented a car for the week and it was very convenient that there was hotel parking which was free as well. Great location.

فندق جميل جدا الموظفين جدا بشوشين ومتعاونين ياخذون حول 3000 بات تامين او 100 دولار الدخول كان سلس ومريح مع اننا وصلنا بالليل الفندق عبارة عن اكثر من مبنى في سيارات غولف توصلكم الموقع ، الغرف نظيفة ومريحة الامان فيه عالي فيه كاوية والحمامات الله يكرمكم فيها شطاف وادوات للاستعمال الشخصي قريب من شاطئ بوتنغ تقدروا تروحو له مشي حول 16 دقيقة او بالتاكسي 5 دقيقة مليان حوله مطاعم وكشكات في جمبه مطعم صغير للسيدة عائشة اكلها حلال يقع بجانب جبل فيه حديقة فيلة ويمديكم تنزلو تتمشو فيه، الفطور مليان خيارات متنوعة للمسلمين ووسيع جدا، متواجد في الفندق مطعمين وخدمة غرف سريعين الاستجابة وخدمة مساج، فيه مسبحين ومسبح للاطفال فندق جدا مناسب للعوائل العربية

كل شي جميل بالذات الغرفه اللي حجزتها كان فيها وصول للمسبح جميل جدا وأثناء الحجز طلبت تجهيز شهر العسل وحبيت تجهيز الغرفة للعرسان وأول ما وصلت جابوا لنا حلى بهذي المناسبة .
اللوبي كان حار والموظفين معرقين ومعبسين الوجه.

اعجبني الموقع بعيد عن الازعاج والذهاب الى المجمع الذي في البنغلا رود مسافه مشي 15 ساعه
لا انصح بحجز الغرف التي لا تطل على الحوض السباحه والسبب باجي الغرف مقابل الشجر ومعنى هذا كثييييييير الحشرات يعني ماراح تستفيد من البلوكه لكثره الرطوبه والحشران لا انصح ادفع فرق واحلس مرتاح

The room we stayed in, with a pool access it was worth it. The breakfast was really nice, lots of choice, staff very friendly and helpful.
They also have a stuttle bus to take you to city centre and the beach
My kids(12&16)really enjoyed the jungle pool
The beach was rocky and could not be used., so we went to Patong Beach instead.
And the swimming pool in front of our room was a bit dirty, although the staff were constantly cleaning it

The Breakfast is excellent. Food is good. The staff at breakfast is very good and helpful. Good staff. The Room was very clean and well maintain.
the sewage smell in the toilet is very bad. Everyday, i had to boil water to drain it down but it did not help.

The hotel not clean and the smell so bad, When we back to hotel at night there is no delivery to the rooms , the bathrooms smell full urine and bad, The floors of the rooms are very dirty, the towel are dirty to, the threads come out of it, and bed sheets smell bad.

that i was able to book the poolside room with the pool just outside the balcony
i think the airport transfer payment method could have been done better. Also the frequency of your free shuttle timing to patong beach should be more.

We loved our stay here. Rooms were really nice and clean. We had a pool access room which was really nice. It really is nature with the sound of nature all around you. The staff were really nice and helpful.

restaurant expensive and didnt deliver on some of the dishes, chekin wasnt ready on time, we had to wait a about 1 hour more on some rooms,

Great area just outside the madness of Patong (200baht) ride into town .
the facility’s and atmosphere is lovely in the hotel and the staff are amazing .
great holiday and especially for family’s I had 1 yr old and very family accommodating .
our two bedroom suite was stunning very big and new .
