Good location. Near to local marina, restaurant and supermarket, and not far from regular bus stop to old town. Good walking routes nearby.

Damp smell throughout. Superficially clean but all hidden surfaces were thick with dust. Only two rings for cooking in the tiny kitchenette - no microwave/toaster/grill. (Ground floor apartment)

A friendly and warm welcome. A clean, comfortable and complete room amazing view peaceful neighborhood What more! I recommend it to everyone and I stay here every time I come to this area.

Marko, the host makes the entire worth it just by himself. Upon arrival, he checked me in and spent 15 minutes telling me about the area, giving me local tips for sights, food, and activities. All of that based on what I cared about. He was being nice and I'd recommend the Cosmai Residence to anybody that's looking for a quieter stay in Dubrovnik. It has all the comfort that one could wish for. (Bedding is nice, AC works well, bathroom is nice). There's an unlimited while bean coffee machine one can use, as well as everything to cook/clean. You can also use beach towels to go to local beaches (10 minutes walk from the place)

The hallway where the rooms are is a little loud but that's a small detail.

The residence is in a brilliant location. 5 minutes walk from a main bus stop, 2 seconds from a lovely restaurant and 5 mins from the marina. There's a really good bar at the end of the road too There are several beaches in easy walking distance, each of which has a different vibe The room we had was perfect, well equipped and clean. Facilities to cook and keep your own food, which is an excellent money saver if you're on a budget. The best thing about it was the host, Marko, who couldn't have been more helpful. He gave us plenty of ideas of what to do, where to eat and which beaches were best suited to us. He put us in contact with a car hire company, which saved us money and the pain of choosing which one to use. He really went out of his way to help. Every holiday destination needs a Marko. Stay here, you won't be disappointed!

Literally can't fault it!

Very nice neighborhood and the host was great in providing us tips on how to go to the old city and what to see.

Lack of view and small bathroom.

Location close to the marina but also to the old town (by bus 10min), facilities (including free parking in the street -we were helped to find a spot- and shared kitchen), clean room with nice view, quietness and super friendly staff (recommendations and tour were amazing to enjoy our stay at best!).

Note: the rooms are on the second floor with stairs -as all around the city (not a problem to us). Also, free parking in the area can be tricky to find (but we were helped so no problem).

A small but fantastic residence with a wonderful view on the Adriatic. This location is really quite and feels 'tucked away' from the busyness of the center. We thought it was just the perfect balance between "in-civilization" and "out-of-civilization". In terms of safety, there is a multitude of heavy-grade locked doors - we never thought about safety...Right next to the residence is also a wonderful restaurant, the Yacht Club Orsan. Cheap and hearty breakfast options with mouthwatering seafood. Upon arrival you will be greeted by Marko - a lovely local who lives there with his wonderful family. He made us feel exceptionally welcome and talked to us about the best sights and restaurants the city has to offer. He was honest and thorough with his recommendations, 10/10. Besides that, he was very reachable - always on hand via text. He even offered us a beer to have a chat - very friendly guy!

The residence can be found at the bottom of the hill which may be burden for those with mobility issues. This is of course nothing that the residence can do about; Dubrovnik is a hilly place - know this before coming here. In our case we had a scooter rental and used this to travel up the hill and across the peninsula.

Perfect place to stay! The owner was very warm and welcoming. The place had everything you need. Location also very good and beautiful!
