The location is great, the breakfast is good. Staff is friendly.

The workout room is tired, with rusty old machines, and no air conditioning (it was hot). Some of the rooms here are a bit tired and worn. Upgrade your room to avoid this.

The staff is really nice and helpful. The lady was really fair and kind when it came to the fact that we wanted to check out a day earlier than planned. She refunded us evan if she wouldn't have to. Thank you again, we really appreciate that. The breakfast was good, as there were also savory components not just cakes, what the italians seem to love for breakfast.

There was a constant perfume smell in the room, which was really disturbing. We couldn't detect the source of it and have the suspicion, that the smell came from the air conditioning. If so, please don't do that. Please don't do any room sentencing at all. Very italien: The blankets have no full cover, just a slight sheet under the bedtick. I really dislike that, because I don't think they change the bedtick after every guest. No toilet brush in the bathroom, just a water hose next to the toilet. When you try to use it everything splashes around. Really nice.

Hotel has free packing spacies, but very limited.

Staff was very responsive to my requests and spoke English.

The room wasn't even a close match for the pictures on the website. Also, the hotel website is a little misleading in that they show a lot of pictures of the local palace which can be taken for pictures of the hotel. The hotel room was very run down and the drain in the shower was clogged. They came to fix it right away though.

The elegance, confort, personal assistance restaurant, quaitness of the room, size of the room , bed confort and large bath with a large shower.Situated near the Reggia, near an important Bank (Banco di Napoli) and close to the railway station.

A very nice, large and super clean bathroom, a great size room, but the round bed was a little odd and the bed linens lacking. Breakfast was very good. The value here is very good!

Parking was a nightmare. We were given an extremely close spot and it was difficult, if not nearly impossible to get into. And then someone blocked us in so we couldn't leave.

This hotel is not a 4 star. It is dingy and worn. The exercise equipment was old and the two treadmills didn’t work. It needs a good refresh.

Proximity to Reggia and Stazione. I was able to check in 5 hours early my adapter
