I had an amazing view.

I was asked to repay for parking which I had already paid. Also I had to pay for a chair on the beach because of the three nigh minimum rule then it’s free for the beach this seems unfair.

Quiet location but still close to beach, nice restaurants and more touristy area if that’s what you’re looking for in a holiday.

One tiny complaint we had was the language barrier - no English speaking staff but it didn’t get in the way of the holiday

the location it is faraway from center ( Lungo mare) , you don’t have so much things to do where is the hotel located, even the restaurants are just a few, the hotel dose not coresponde with a 4 stars hotel, old style / about the room : the room it was very not welcome… the walls was dirty, the small fridge witch you can find inside the room doesn’t help to drink a cold water 😂 , the wc it was dirty … the shower it was dirty and on the bottom rusty-you need a shoes for a shower i …the bed it wasn’t a normal double bed with one mattress, it was with 2 mattress together and when you sleep the both mattress are not stable…. the way to go to the beach it is a disaster… for a family with a buggy it is very hard to push the buggy because the street it’s not friendly for that…. and the worst experience witch we’ve had it was with the breakfast…. , it is the same breakfast every day , the eggs are raw , just a few vegetables and they are very badlly, i mean looks like somebody doesn’t like he’s job in there … if somebody is vegan this hotel it’s completely not suitable for him… the breakfast hast nothing to do with an italian breakfast, the same salami and the same ham ( if is a ham) every day, the coffee machine it’s must of the time empty for a cappuccino…. if somebody want to do the holiday for 1-2 days in there it is ok if you are over 50, but if you want to enjoy your holiday definitely we don’t recommend… it is nothing for a child in there … please try to improve your services… 2 stars i think will make more happy the hotel !

the communication with booking.com isn't optimal. I needed to pay 60 euros extra for an error in the booking between the hotel and Booking.com. they hadn't taken my 3 year old child in the reservation. an error they could have sorted out between them selves.

Friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet. There's a free magic show the evening we arrived. I think its a good thing to entertain guests especially kids.

The bathroom fixtures are a bit old. Poor wifi reception inside the room, but in the outside areas, wifi is good.

Breakfast and dinner are below expectations (especially for 4-star hotel)

A nice location in a quiet place of the yacht marina not far from the sea. The hotel has (or probably shares with other facilities) an own secured parking, which is cheaper and more convenient that parking the car on the street. The breakfast and dinner are quite good, although the selection could have been bigger. Personnel is friendly and helping as much as they can. Covid-related safety measures are strictly followed and respected, although with some exaggeration - see the 'didn't likes'.

The lifts are slow and takes lots of time to wait. In general, the hotel and facilities look/feel somewhat weary and old, and don't really make an impression of a four-star. Quite disappointing was the requirement to wear rubber caps in the swimming pool as an 'anti-Covid' measure, which isn't common anywhere else, and doesn't really make sense if you think about it - why should the risk come from the head/hair which are above water, but not from the rest of the body, which is submerged in the water? And the pool was really one of the reasons we selected this hotel above some others in the district.
