En general todo estaba correcto, no me parece un cuatro estrellas, pero no está nada mal. El grifo de ducha un poco pequeño.

Great location.
Our room was right below the restaurant where they stored the crates of bottles - noisy- and we couldn't open the Windows because of the fire escape.

Very good location, friendly staff and very nice big room with nice views. Also had dinner in the rooftop restaurant, which was very good.

The staff was wonderful, very helpful. The location was fantastic!!! It really is in the heart of Lugo, I was able to do so much sightseeing!!! I will DEFINITELY stay at Hotel Mendez Nuñez when I return to Lugo!

The Hotel is well situated. The staff were friendly and helpful. The roof top terrace restaurant is very good.
Sadly the Hotel guests on our floor were consistently noisy throughout the evening and into the night. It seemed that it was impossible for any guest on our floor to walk from the elevator to his or her room without speaking very loudly and then to enter his or her room without slamming the door. These noisy guests continued until about midnight. This hotel is unsuitable for pilgrims seeking a quiet and restful night without interruption.

The hotel is a bit old and the rooms are dated. It was very loud at night they were moving furniture upstairs and we called reception twice...nothing was done until after 1:00
And the next morning we complained about the loud noise and the staff didn't really care, she said sorry but wasn't a question of that...

While the room and accommodations are not lush, it was more than comfortable and we enjoyed our stay in Lugo tremendously. Loved the location and the tour of the Catedral, the scattered Roman ruins, lack of heavy tourist traffic.
Could upgrade decor.
