Beautiful hotel, super relaxing and great food!

Breakfast was average although you were offered freshly cooked eggs of your choice. It was a beautiful hotel with lots of character. Staff were very helpful. Would definitely recommend

Nothing I can think of

We loved all and the staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. It was so quiet and beautiful. The meals were very good too. We would like to thank Sarah, Julio and Jacky , they are really great!!!

It was clean and peaceful

Sometimes it was hard to find staff if we needed drinks etc. We were told lunch not available on Sunday but later on found out it was.

Amazing location, off the main roads and all traffic noise, yet very accessible. Staff brilliant, breakfast and evening food excellent. Amazing pool and cabanas. Lots of fresh, home grown fruit and veg.

A beautifully renovated old stone Finca set in beautiful gardens, on a sustainable farm property, with a lovely pool. Some rooms have beautiful views out over pool, gardens, and the surrounding area. My suite was very nicely decorated with comfortable Spanish antique furniture, climate control and comfortable en-suite. The whole property was spotless measly clean.

Be prepared for a good 50-60 minute drive from Palma.

Great relaxing getaway with good food, a nice pool and lovely staff

Unfortunately the room was quite warm. The room was lovely and big (i had junior suite) which is a plus but it means the aircon cannot cool it down. I have to say that my preferred temperature is refrigerated temperature so it might be OK for most people !

The bathroom had a nice big shower. The surrounding area is quiet and nice, the pool is well maintained as well as the garden.

We stayed at the Finca for 8 days and we expected much more considering the ratings and the price tag. We opted for the junior suite and expected a quiet and cosy room but the room was not quiet it was rather noisy as soon as other guests occupied the surrounding rooms. The mattress was already quite used and had a deepening in some areas from former guests. The furnishing of the room was appropriate but nothing more. No fitness room as described on Booking.com The included breakfast was disappointing. The only homemade products were two different cakes and some marmalade. The most of the other products, especially the sweet were pre packed like muffins for example. The fresh fruits were good. Every morning the dinner menu for the day is presented but it also mentioned that a la carte is possible as well. So one day we decided to eat a la carte but have not noticed the staff upfront. When we arrived in the evening we have been told that we did not notice the staff and that it might take longer, the tone was rather hectic. We ordered a salad, some shellfish and beef fillet. The salad came without dressing and was a bit tasteless the shellfish soup was okay. The beef fillet was served with chips, some vegetables but without any sauce and no ketchup or mayonnaise for the chips. The dinner was not what we expected.

All was great ! possibly a bit more lunch service , staff were scarce at this time , self help bar great idea but lacks the high end customer service some may be looking for .

Beautiful finca with a comfortable room (lots of space, cozy beds, nice showers), great pool, and great choices for breakfast.

The finca is located in a nice, quiet area but it was a longer drive to nearby beaches and towns (40-45min) than I thought when booking.

The staff make this hotel. All professional and so helpful.

WiFi can go in and out especially if many people using it

The Finca is situated isolated in the countryside. Totally calm and tranquil. They serve a very nice and rich breakfast with opportunity to order eggs cooked various ways and bacon as well. The finca has a very nice and well sized pool (for adults).

The room temperatures was very high, even when operating the a/c. The meals in the restaurant at night was OK, but nothing special.
