Overall nice home, although it is older and shows signs of age like cracked ceiling, worn out kitchen appliances, bulbs out, toilets that bubble up when you flush them. Decor is great and the view is outstanding.

The house was nice. The view was fantastic. Just beware, they are serious when they say take the path to the water at your own risk. It is very steep in places and there is a lot of dirt so it is slippery when it's been raining. Once we got down there successfully we had a blast exploring the shoreline and got lots of awesome pictures.

We had a great time! The house was very comfortable for hanging out. We cooked some of our meals here and felt like we had everything we needed. The kids complained that the bedroom with the bunk beds was hot at night. Otherwise, no complaints!

The location/neighborhood is quiet. The home was clean and comfortable, but in need of some upkeep and a good remodel. King bed was very comfortable.
The lake is way down a steep path. Children under 12 would most likely have a hard time getting back up...even some adults would have a hard time. Tall weeds along the path, so chiggers a concern.
The swings are gone. No hose bib at the rear of the property (Kids would've loved a sprinkler during the 116 weather).
AC works great!
People often wonder about cameras. I noticed one exterior camera in the front.
Overall, a comfortable and quiet location. I would most likely stay here again.

This is a great property with spectacular views. Home is in good shape, quiet neighborhood. My wife walked 3 miles each morning and enjoyed the safety of it. Comfortable accommodations. Its a hike to the lake, but worth it for the serenity. Would stay here again, and highly recommend this spot.

The property is beautiful, it was really nice to get away and relax. This has been my top choice out of other properties I’ve stayed at. If you haven’t t stayed here yet you’re missing out! The house was clean, quite area, lots to do, beautiful view, and nice escape away from home.

This home was absolutely beautiful! The home itself, in addition to the stunning lake view we had, took our breath away and made for a fantastic weekend! We had a delightful time. We fished, we swam in the lake, rented a pontoon boat and kayaks. The house is bright and the views are gorgeous. The trail down to the lake was challenging for me. I was an old pro by the end of the trip:) I would definitely book this property again.

Very Lovely View
The home was nice and very clean. The view was spectacular 24/7 and the house had all the basic conveniences. (Be sure to bring your own seasonings, coffee, etc.) We loved all the porches and balconies, each of which also had a great view. Fire pit is a nice touch. The only negatives were that the bubble tub in the master bedroom did not bubble. (Sort of a disappointment) and be forewarned that the trek to the beach is a little rougher than you would expect. This could be because the lake is so low right now. You have found the perfect sit-on-the-deck and look at the lake spot. Very private as well.

Pictures cannot do justice for the views you get at this property! We loved looking at the lake from the deck, yard, living room and our bedroom window! Neighborhood is very nice and property is clean! The access to the beach was a major perk for us as well! And yes, it is a "hike" and my parents were not physically able to make it, but they had no complaints as they were completely satisfied with their views from the house! We would definitely stay at this property again!

Lakeview Retreat getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lakeview Retreat. The house was super clean and well stocked. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood which we enjoyed. The views were stunning. We could not spend enough time on the back patios marveling at the scenery. The dogs loved it also! Lezlie was very attentive and accommodating. We also enjoyed several of the local restaurants and boutiques. Great time! Thank you!!

Father’s day get away
We had a great stay at the property! it has gorgeous views of the lake. The one disappointment was there was really no
“beach” acess as pictured, getting down to the lake was pretty difficult.

The additional single pull out bed mattress was very thin, good for a small child but not adults. Only one shower in house and no bathroom doors in master bedroom. Garbage disposable was not functional. Great view, but lake is definitely not accessible from this property - as there is no cleared path.

Beautiful House
I usually look for deals when staying at places but this was for my one year anniversary so I thought it was absolutely beautiful and worth it! Only stayed two days but enjoyed time at the lake, used the firepit, and time with the family inside the home as well.

Wanted to extend our stay!
We had a wonderful time at this house. The view is stunning! It was the perfect retreat for the family to get together after our soldier son's return from Germany. The walk down the hill to the water is more intense than you would think from the photos, but definitely worth it. I strongly recommend water shoes for the walk. When an issue came up with the AC, the property manager was quick to respond and had someone there promptly. We would have stayed longer if we could!

Brief Getaway
We loved our stay at the property. The house was very clean, the lake was full, and there was a refreshing breeze every day.
We loved that we could get down to the water every day through the backyard, however the pictures in the ad make it seem like it’s an easy stroll down the property, which it is not. We managed to get the kayaks down but getting them back up was very hard work. We cooked all our meals and there was no dishwasher soap. We called the number in the folder to ask where it was kept, no one answered or returned our call so we went out and bought some soap and rinsing liquid.
The other thing we didn’t like so much was all we had to do before leaving by 11am. There was so much to do on the list that we didn’t get to go back in the water one last time. Especially bothersome was having to wash and put away all the dishes. Our stay was brief, we loved the water and it was a shame we couldn’t have one last swim. Would we go back? Yes! The lake is amazing and we’ve already recommended it to two other families. :)
