В целом очень чистый номер, но скромный. Нашли отель легко, мужчина на стойке регистрации был вежливым. Заселение и выселение прошло быстро. В номере была батарея, работала отлично, согрела нас в холодную ночь=)

За день до заселения написала в отель, чтобы подтвердить позднее заселение, так как переживала, но никто не ответил. Хотя проблем с заселением не было, тут спасибо сотрудникам отеля и круглосуточной стойке регистрации. Номер довольно скромно обставлен, но для одной ночи было отлично, чтобы поспать перед ранним вылетом. Было довольно шумно от гостей из соседнего номера, пришлось спать в берушах. Хотелось бы иметь возможность заказать какой-то еды на ресепшен, помогла бы даже лапша быстрого приготовления. Так как мы весь день были в дороге, поздно заселились, вокруг уже ничего не работало, на ресепшен сотрудник предложил нам только напитки и легкие снеки.

I liked nothing.

First of all, I didn't like the rude lady who "welcomed" us. We came around 1 AM, completely tired from the flight. They gave us the wrong room, we paid and got rooms with 5 beds for our honeymoon sleepover. There was no rose on the bed, and they blamed booking for everything. They said a refund can't be made from their end, and that we need to write to the booking to arrange a refund. I speak Hungarian and I understood the call that the receptionist made. Her boss told her to get rid of us and to blame the booking. She called us with names and swore over the phone. We immediately left the object and hardly drove back. We all want to forget this horrible experience we had with this hotel. Stay away from them. We tried getting in touch with booking, but I think the hotel should make a refund. Good job owner and the stuff! Thanks for ruining our Holiday.

Food at the Panzio restaurant was very good.

The room was booked via booking.com in euro, not in forint. When my husband wanted to pay by card they said that he can pay only in forint ( my husband is foreigner and has a foreign bank). But they applied an arbitrary exchange rate which was not written anywhere, neither on booking: it resulted in a price that was 10% higher than what was written in the confirmation. When I informed booking about this, they conacted the panzio, who claimed that they used the rate of that day (which is false). We had to show the recipes and our bank payments to Booking and finally they gave us back a 10 euros voucher. (But booking, not the panzio owner). Moreover, on the last evening we had to print a boarding pass for a flight very early in te morning. My husband called the reception in the afternoon to ask if they can kindly print it and they said yes. When we went there it was already evening(and sunday): the receptionist said that unfortunately she can't print it, because her colleague took the key of the office. We had to look for a place to print the boarding pass at 22.00 evening on sunday, out of Budapest... We travel a lot and I never left a bad review, but the way how they treated us was disapponiting. The place would be nice to stay but they should change their policy.

Big space in the room,clean, nice staff. Close to the airport. Main road bus stop close. Restaurant is amazing and very big portions for the value of money. It's my second time staying here and definitely will be back next time as well

The tv this time I stayed need a little better satellite or just to check them. It was bad connection on it and was cracking but otherwise was OK

Private and safe parking. Location very near to airport. Nice garden.
