Dated facilities and had a musty smell.

It's convenient, spacious and so handy to e erything. Perfect for a family getaway.

Air conditioning. This is QLD you must have air-conditioning in each room atleast a unit that can cool down the apartment. It was so hot this weekend and air-conditioning was an issue. That was the only downfall.

the white blinds didn’t really block out the well lit street at night therefore very bright inside at night time. Personal preference!

Shower. Hot water pressure was very poor. We booked a ground floor unit to minimise stair usage and were give a 1st floor unit.

It was very clean and kitchen had everything

the pictures and description online indicated a rooftop space with BBQ. I promised the family a chilled night under the stars with a special BBQ dinner. BBQ a shambles and toxic not useable. outdoor lights did not work. inside the unit lights didn’t work. shower screens busted.utensils old and frankly grubby. it was not what was presented to the point honestly you could probably push for a refund. extremely disappointing and regardless of the location I would not recommend at all. especially at a very inflated $410 for one very disappointing night.

The location was great.

The bedding was a mere bedsheet and the upholstery was damp.

The location is amazing. Cathy left us a little gift as we were there for the Easter long weekend which was really sweet and the kids loved. The facilities are excellent in terms of having a full kitchen, two bathrooms, and full laundry facilities. There were also a number of toys, games and books in the unit. And the exclusive-use rooftop balcony - wow, what a view!!

There was something that looked like black mould in the cupboards. In the ensuite bathroom, I assume the previous guests had used the waste bin and this was not emptied (unfortunately they had left some very gross things in there!) The only suggestion I would have to improve the actual facilities would be to include some shelves in the cupboard of the second bedroom. Also this did not affect us, but the room we stayed in was on the top floor and I don't believe I saw anything to say it was stairs only access - this may affect people with a physical disability.
