honestly stunning hotel!! literally on the beach with beautiful white sands and crystal clear waters. the pool is a good size with a lovely swim up bar. real luxury for a very affordable price. I honestly do not understand how this hotel is not rated 10/10. we were only meant to stay 3 nights however they kindly let us extend to 5 nights and it was beautiful. staff are all lovely. you can get your room cleaned every day and they give you fresh water every day. rooms are clean and spacious. central location to lots of restaurants and bars. the restaurant attached to the hotel is some of the nicest food I’ve had in Thailand and I’ve been here for almost a month. even the western food is spot on! if your looking to come to the full moon BOOK THIS place you won’t regret it it’s literally 5 second walk from the beach that full moon takes place! if your not here for full moon and here to relax on holiday still book this hotel, its beautiful.

only negative I can say about this hotel is that our balcony did not have much of a view due to a very tall bush being in the way however this really did not bother us as we spent no time on the balcony and spent all our time at the pool and beautiful white sand beach! our room was next to the bars so there was some noise that could be heard however it wasn’t loud enough to keep you awake.

The staff was nice and helpful. Location is close to beach, good for staying for Full Moon party.

We booked 3 rooms. All of them had mold, and the smell was awful. The sheets were ok but the bed itself was dirty. In bathroom, toilet was dirty, and shower had low water pressure. There seemed to be problem in bathroom floor sink, water on the floor stayed almost all day.

Hotel located on Haad Rin beach. Tasty breakfasts, which includes eggs, thai noodls, sausages, pancakes, fruits. Pool was clean.

Our room wasn't the room we booked. After a long fight between us and stubborn administraitor, we were moved the next day to the room we paid for. There were stains at the sheets, key didn't work, and hole number needs to be renovate. Pool was good, but there was hole day noisy music, what for? People want to chill near pool, not listen to the party beats. All stuff was unfriendly, with bad english, lazy. do not rely on help in this hotel, they will not understand you anyway. I don't recommend this accomadation.

the lock on the door was very loose and the cctv on the resort was disconnected.

I am owed a refund from the hotel which I was told would be sent straight to my account when I checked in. It is now more than 2 months later and I have not received my refund, and the hotel are no longer responding to my emails/messages. Really difficult to get in touch with and disappointing it is taking so long. Would have given a higher rating if not for this. The wifi in our room also did not work.

hotel set on a stunning beach the staff were very helpful and were available around the clock when I couldn’t get into my room at 4am ! they even put another bed in our room to accommodate us . very clean and nice pool . amazing location for the full moon but still was able to get a good nights sleep ! 10/10

could have used with a few more loungers around the pool but it was never too crowded for long

it’s more Of a hostel than X starts hotel. you should align your expectation and then it might make sense that most of the place is falling apart- cracking windows, broken chairs, mosquitoes blood on walls and more
