The service was great! The receptionists were friendly and very helpful. One of our friends is in a wheelchair and was able to get around with no problems. Dinner and breakfast were great. Everything was clean and orderly.

My room was a little small, but in line with the price that we paid.

A quality classical hotel, well maintained, helpful staff near to cafe, restaurants and Terme. Nice views quiet road. great swimming pool and good food.

Good location, breakfast ok. Room quite small, bathroom and shower good size. Parking for a few motobikes in carage, for our bikes there was no room. Parking place was spacious, but for motos you have to be careful, because it was in a hill. Friendly staff. If you don't want to eat hotels turist menu( which was ok but nothing special) there is a good restaurant in a few hundred meters.

They tryed to charge us more than confirmed in Booking. But as a apology they offered us free drinks, so pay already in the evening 😀. In restaurant menu only in Italy and Germany, but we got help from lady in reception, she game and translated it.

response and effort to solve an issue

haven’t been informed that AC is out of order ahead then I wasted time until late to believe they will fix it they claimed AC is fixed but the air was just a fan of outside air

On arrival we were offered use of the owners garage for our motorcycles. The waitress in the evening was very good, as was the food
