Top Hotel Praha har sikkert været et storslået hotel for 40 år siden! ALT trænger til renovering og generel vedligehold. Surt personale der vender øjne. Møgbeskidt værelse med gammelt mad på gulvet! Håndtag der falder af, maling er slidt af. Hullet gulvtæppe og hullet sengelinned. Vores nøglekort virkede pludselig ikke, i receptionen var de irriterede og sagde det skete ofte. To små souvenir butikker hvoraf den ene er lukket hele tiden. Den kedeligste morgenmad. Vi kunne ikke købe mad i restauranten fordi de ikke havde mad nok…? Så kunne vi bestille en take away pizza…! Parkering er lang væk når man skal ind med kufferter (og i vores tilfælde 3 små børn) og op af trapper eller langt udenom. Hele vejen rundt er Top Hotel Praha et nedslidt hotel der ikke er 4 stjerner værdigt.

The hotel, the restaurant and the food is amazing, the staff was so kind, Davide the waiter is so cool guy really professional, also the breakfast was delicious. All the staff is amazing. Perfect place & perfect vacation.

Friendly staff, good location for a cycling weekend (although being next to the main road means it’s quite loud in the morning). Bike storage and a good restaurant next door make it very convenient.
Coffee at breakfast isn’t something to brag about - a real disappointment, especially for Italy. Same as bread. There was a construction site under our balcony; luckily they didn’t work on Sunday, but they did start (quite loud) on Monday early morning.

- the price of the reservation via booking is different from the price when you pay at the hotel, they additionally charge a tourist tax. although this was not stated anywhere when I booked accommodation through Booking.com. I recommend that they specify this to avoid problems and inconveniences.

Wonderful staff and cozy vibe, unbeatable location. Comfy beds and nice bathroom. We were very happy with the family room and the service overall. We felt welcomed and were able to relax. Definitely recommended.
In a word, the food. It was good, but not what we expected. The continental breakfast was average. The restaurant has a huge menu with pizza, grill, burgers, etc… and not a single local specialty. We had a bittersweet dinner: great service but we didn’t plan to eat pizza or burgers when visiting a beautiful mountain spot in the North of Italy. Luckily we could eat lunch at a traditional restaurant at walking distance. We’re very avid foodies so if we stayed again at this hotel we would probably not include breakfast and eat all of our meals elsewhere—which is not a big problem, anyways.

Nice location for Zoncolan ski. Dinner was wonderful, breakfast is perfect for skier. Highly recomended! Staf really nice and helpful, all in all great value for money!
People/restaurant guests/employees in front of hotel were loud late at nihgt. But not really hotel problem. Will ask for different room orientation next time ;)

We were welcomed like old friends of the house. The adjacent has excellent pizza and other local dishes, I recommend to stay here for dinner. Plus the have local IPA on tap (for those who share my taste). The hotel could probably serve a s headquarter for hiking, we were just having a stopover between Craotia and Germany.

The hotel in general and the room very clean, organized, parking is easy.
But above all, I have to say that the staff is extra ordinary. Especially the lady in the reception has gone above and beyond to be able help us.
We felt relaxed and secure after a very unfortunate and harsh day. I cannot thank them enough, we’ll definitely go back in the future.
