Olive cottage is the perfect spot! The setup is lovely for a couples getaway (or family getaway). We had the best time. The pictures online do not do this place justice. I can't get over how magical and picture perfect Somerset Gift getaway is. The cottages are so well setup, the canoes are great fun, hiking trails are beyond beautiful - stunning views of nature, waterfalls and all! The farm manager, Tanya, is absolutely lovely and took some time to show us the other cottages once other guests had checked out (which was so great as we got plan and get excited for next time).

Most beautiful setting. So tranquil and the stars were beautiful.
We really enjoyed the quietness with just the sound of the river flowing.

Magical and beautiful location! Cottages are private, ‘homey’ and peaceful. The location has everything that you need, water, hiking, nature etc at your doorstep.

Our manager Tanya was so friendly and helpful. The view was spectacular, so beautiful, the place is quiet and serene... just what we needed.👌 We did the hike all the way to the waterfall... Wow, I'm always in awe when I see the beauty God has created.. Glory and Praise be to God.

The fact that Booking.com did not specify that the bathroom facilities were separate from the cottage and especially for older people it was not convenient. This specific cottage was also not private since it was next to the swimming area and slide. I think you should make it clear when someone want to book.

The location is so tranquil and peaceful. It's a lovely break in nature. The kayaks and swimming was amazing. Can't wait to go back again.
The two big spiders in our bathroom and bedroom 😂 but that's part of the living in nature package.
