Our room was quite dirty.

Basically it's a nice hotel with ok hospitality, nothing extra.

Parking is quite strange, as the hotel has its own parking lot, but anyway the cost of parking is not included in the price, although it's only a few euro per day. Also the resort is huge, we were in the farest house from where the resception is quite a tour. While the meals was excellent, allergens were not listed anywhere.

Casa Bellevue is a complex behind the hotel, consisting of first and second row units. Even if you pay for a sea view, there is no guarantee you will get it, for the trees are blocking the view. The room is small, but clean and comfortable. The food is good, but the restaurant was just too loud and busy for us to enjoy our meals (dinner time is from 7-9 pm). Outside terrace offers more peace and quiet, but getting a table is a struggle. The view, however, is phenomenal. The hotel pool is too crowded, as is the hotel beach. A little privacy can be found below the beautiful beach path that connects the three Aminess hotels, or even further on. The location is a great starting point for exploring the Peljesac peninsula or Korcula island, but hotel prices are a bit high if you only intend to sleep there. Nonetheless, best thing of the stay (besides the view :D ) is the staff, especially receptionist lady. We saw that she works day and night, and still manages to be kind, helpful and professional, even when dealing with extremely arrogant and mean people. That is something worth every praise!

no elevator on the building (there is an elevator on the main hotel building but not on the additional one (at lease not in the one we were having the room) and we were given a room on the 3rd floor and had to also carry our luggages there and climb the stairs multiple times per day - not convenient

The hotel is as if you came to a motel by the highway, plastic doors with a key, beds that fall apart, no elevator, you have to carry your luggage 100 m up the stairs. There is no charger for electricity vehicles even though they advertise it on their website. There is chaos at the pool, sewage flows into the sea in front of the hotel. The hotel does not deserve 4*. The entire Aminess group has good marketing on the Internet, but it is not even close to the reality that awaits you and is definitely not worth the money it costs.

Very good dining facilities. The entire team is very kind. I had personal issue during the stay and the team was very helpful.

A fitness centre would have been great. The beach is without sand but it is not the fault of the hotel! :)

Beware what you book! Booked a twin room in a 4 star hotel, got a double room in a low cost american motel style annex. No help from reception whatsoever. Avoid

Very nice location. Right at the beach. Great surrounding nature. Staff was friendly. We were rebooked from another property nearby of the same owner but the replacement room was inferior to what we reserved initially. When I pointed this out, staff was very correct and gave me a more appropriate room with balcony and bath.

Food is not great

no lifts even there are 4 floors. They let us carry baggage when checking in.

Seaview property, beautiful surroundings, beach nearby. Great nature for walks and runs. Service was very friendly and effective. We had been re-booked from another hotel nearby and at first got an inferior room to our initial reservation. When we asked for seaside balcony and bath we got this without problems. Very child friendly with a toddler activity centre.

I would not go to this hotel for the food, but there are options available nearby.

Very good and professional personel. Very helpful and kind. Hotel is very clean and respect sanitary regime in accordance with COVID-19 restrictions. Good localization with small and charming beach. Walk to city centre in a few minutes along a beach. Big parking so you haven't any problem to park your car in any time.

The interior and exterior of the hotel are both quite appealing. The restaurant and the cuisine were both fantastic. Every area of the hotel was spotless, indicating that hygiene is a major priority in this hotel. Hotel's staff is outstanding, and they are always willing to assist.

Chlorine free water means that the pool wasn't that clean Maybe its just me, but it indicates that water is somewhat clean There wasn't loads of people and it is the end of the summer season so I guess its fine Room was clean and tidy Roomsmaid was coming after 3-4 PM in our case

I enjoyed in every moment spent there, but the most valuable asset of the hotel are their employees. They are striving to make you feel at home, and their smiles while doing so are genuine.

There was nothing in particular that I didn't like. Having complaints after such nice vacation would really be inappropriate.
