The property was okay and location was great. We did not realize it was connected to an elder living facility, but it was different living facilities for guests.
I can’t complain about the property because we did have a great time in New Orleans and basically only slept there.

The breakfast was great, especially the staff work extremely helpful. I thought that the senior living meets hotel concept was brilliant. I thought it was a beautiful thing to engage with the residents at breakfast. The fitness center was clean and nice.
The location was quite convenient and accessible to everything we needed.We enjoyed our overall stay and will return.
We thought that the parking was limited. The facilities needed some maintenance. The ice machine on our floor was not working nor the floor below it. The shower door in our suite would not open completely. We had to squeeze into the shower. The pictures on the website implied that there was a garden veranda and pool access. But it turns out that was for the residents and that wasn't very clear on the website, which did lead to somewhat of a disappointment. However it was not a deal breaker for our return.

Room was spacious, comfy beds, breakfast was ok, the ladies who were there were always smiling and making sure you had everything. Parking was with no cost, wifi included.
Pretty far from the city, so you need car/uber taxi…

Not major, but as a courtesy, since there is a shower in the bathroom, there should be disposal shower cap in the bathroom. Also, makeup remover wipes would be helpful.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The parking garage was convenient, well lit and gave easy access to the hotel. The room was clean, spacious and well maintained. The bathroom and shower were nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and we had tons of pillows. The hotel was very quiet and comfortable.
The refrigerator wasn’t very cold.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff in the breakfast area were nice/friendly!! The price was good and hotel was in a good location.

Breakfast was good, but 9 am is a little late to end breakfast on a week day.
The safe was extremely difficult to open. In fact, in our first room the safe wouldn’t open at all AND the TV didn’t work so we had to change rooms after we had unpacked everything. There is no more cafeteria on the premises. Also, there was no housekeeping services during the entire time we were there (4 days), AND there were no Do Not Disturb signs to use.

air conditioning was super loud and every time it came on sounded like a jet engine and woke you up. also tv was very hard to figure out. volume didn’t work a few times and couldn’t turn on etc. staff was quick to come up. and there is no pool.

Breakfast was not as good as it was during the COVID situation. But, at that time, breakfast service was shared by the hotel guests and the Tower residents.

The property was nice. there were several issues with the ac in our first room and eventually was given a different room. We like the rooftop sitting area

The internet was terrible, literally slower than 90s dialup - could not browse or check emails. No premium tv access of any kind. laundry facilities were out of order. Staff cordial at best, but not over helpful or friendly.

Had to get use to where to park, it's been awhile!,, didn't know elder resident's had moved in which is a good thing for me quieter the better,,and visual law enforcement was nice coming in late after dark,, Other's should take model of what you're doing,,Well done!!👍
