We loved the location and the outside space at this property. The Villa was fantastic and the pool was extremely well maintained throughout. There was enough shaded area with comfy seating for anyone wanting to find a bit of shade during the peak of the day and relax on an evening. The Villa location was great, nice and quiet when required and only maybe 150 metres walk to the front street with lots of restaurant's and bars. We would defiantly stay here again.

Lovely well kept property, with plenty of room for up to 12 guests. Large pool and bbq area. It is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. We are a family of 8 and had a great week at this property and I have rebooked for later in the summer.

The property is in a fantastic location just a short 4 minute walk from the main street in Quesada which has lots of bars and restaurants to visit. The property was more than big enough for the 10 of us that visited and it is fully air conditioned throughout. The swimming pool is a great size and there are plenty of sun loungers to relax on. We particularly enjoyed the outside sitting space and spent probably 90% of our time around the table together. The BBQ facilities were great, too, and the dining table there was large enough to accommodate all of us. The pool was also very well maintained and the property manager was contactable at all times. Plenty of towels provided which was great as well.

Only a few things to mention here but they did not effect our stay greatly: the beds are old and uncomfortable, a lot of us took time adjusting to them and woke up a bit sore from an uncomfortable night's sleep. The property is a bit outdated (although some might say authentic!) and there are lots of light switches in random places that don’t work/turn on very random lights. The bathroom locations are a bit odd with two of them being downstairs where one bedroom is located, and only one being upstairs with the other 4 bedrooms. Also, the plumbing in the upstairs bathroom sink isn’t great, it takes quite some time for the water to drain. The kitchen is small for the size of the property and the amount of people it can accommodate. Also, I’m not sure how often this will occur, but there were issues with the gate to the property so the cars we hired were parked on the street (although there was plenty of space and the road was extremely safe, so this was not an issue). The gate sometimes got wedged shut and was difficult to open to get in.

unfortunately there was a few occasions when the electricity tripped, but after the first time we knew what to do.

We were greeted with a smile and shown around the Villa and shown how to work the Air Conditioning, electric gates etc...They seemed genuinely pleased we were staying with them and very helpful. The Villa has everything, very comfortable and quiet and only a short walk to a local supermarket and high street. Highly recommended!

What a lovely Villa. Our party of 7 adults and 3 children spanning 3 generations all had a wonderful 10 day holiday. The villa and pool was spotless when we arrived. All rooms have A/C which was needed as the Temp was in the mid 30s everyday. Everything you need for eating and cooking is available including a large outdoor BBQ. The facilities include a large American style Fridge/freezer, Dishwasher, Washing machine and even a small Wine/beer fridge which came in very handy. Its a 7 minute walk to Quesada centre where there are lots of bars and restaurants and 2 Supermarkets. Lidl is a 10 minute walk and Mercadona a 15 minute walk. This is a large 5 bedroom villa we only used four as one is a huge family room which sleeps 4. Give Villa Azul a try you will not regret it

The layout of the Villa is a bit peculiar having one bedroom and 2 bathrooms downstairs, and 4 bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs. None of which are En Suite.
