the location was good, pet friendly offer is rare. water pressure was amazing. good sized rooms. all appliances were good they have thought of everything. the swing in the backyard made us feel like kids again. the use of additional pantry items was unexpected but great. also highly recommend the spicy Thai hut that was selected from the great information book left by the hosts

the beds were not comfortable. the inconsiderate neighbours using power tools each morning at 7am I’m not sure if it’s a home based business but still an inconvenience when your on holidays and the bbq was a bit dirty for use

Close to facilities and beach. Clean and tidy. Yard and pool was great. Great inclusions eg milk, butter and juice. Easy to book. Value for money.

Nothing we didn't like just a couple of suggestions to improve would be to have a washing basket and temporary clothes hoist for rainy days rather than using clothes dryer will save electricity. Also check back sliding door handle needs repair.

The fact that the property is listed as Pet friendly, yet upon booking, our pets were not added to our booking, resulting in a demand of a $600 pet bond by the owner, 6 hours prior to arrival at the property as the owner was not very Pet friendly at all. Stipulating that she did not want dogs inside her house but made an exception one time only to allow our dogs to sleep inside overnight but they had to remain outside in the stinking heat during the day. This is not pet friendly at all! If I had known her terms and conditions at the time of booking, there is no way that I would have booked this property, as our girls are kept inside in a cool Air con environment, as they are part of our family. My advice to the owner is to be more transparent In what they devise, by offering the property as Pet friendly.

This home was one of the best ever we have stayed in. Immaculately clean, so comfortable and EVERYTHING thought of. Just WONDERFUL for a family and also a couple. The outdoor and pool area is terrific. The kitchen is amazing....all the utensils, coffee machine with plenty of pods, lots of pantry items to cook, even fresh milk, butter and juice in the fridge. Too many wonderful extras to mention....even suntan lotion, beach towels aerogard and more....oh and just one more thing, if you have a young girl one of the bedheads in the second bedroom is a dolls house with all the contents to play with. This house is AMAZING!!! Also 2 minute walk to beach, couple of lovely restaurants and a big Woolworths and shopping centre. Wilst the house doesn't have a wayer view the landscaping is so well done you feel you are in your own tropical oasis. This house is a great find and a credit to Rylie and Tim!!! You will really enjoy a stay here.

Thoughtful stock of butter, milk & juice in fridge to get you started. Pantry staples & supply of tea, coffee & sugar was excellent. Very easy to communicate with!

Nothing, we were very happy.

The house was super comfortable. Lounge large and comfortable with Netflix and Foxtel and wifi. Kitchen extremely well catered for. Double large fridge, coffee machine, everything you could every need in the cupboards and in draws down to pens, nappie bags, plastic wear for the pool and a large selection of glasses. The pool was great and the outdoor area..outdoor fan fabulous.. the beach was 2 min away and Woolworths 5min. We had a great stay.

Missing a small bottle opener..we used the BBQ mate

The bathroom was gorgeous and the pool was unreal! Great area to sit and drink at one end while the kids played at the other end. Great location as it was extremely close to the beach

I loved everything about the place. Clean and had all the modern cons, beautiful indoor and outdoor furniture. Great yard for the dog and the pool area was lovely.

Could not fault anything, although I couldn't find a cheese knife. Lol
