The hotel is beautiful, quaint and quiet. The staff is lovely. It's easy to catch a tuk tuk or cab and it is not far from the airport

The room was nice and well sized. The staff were very welcoming.

The hotel itself is near a very busy street, so enjoying the balcony is impossible without sitting in a traffic jam, since it's virtually in the street. Also regarding the hotel location - it's inside the square, but reaching it by walking requires going near the main road surrounding the main square. Annoying and a bit unpleasant at night.

Very nice hotel. Start from beautiful interior - like modern temple - so each corner is a point for photosession. Rooms also nice and breakfast with different veriety of dishes. Good location (almoust the center partand 10min near the airport) and transfer to airport. We were really enjoing staing here.

The water heater is not that hot .

i loved everything about it

We were given free upgrade to room with balcony. Rooms are large, quiet and comfortable. Good bed and pillow. Spacious bathroomj with shower and bathtub. The external architecure is quirky, its like a Disney interpretation of the Italien rennaissance. Rooms are very tasteful and in Lanna style,

Could not get hot water, barely luke warm. Parjking at hotel site limited to 3 cars. But they do have another parking area, apparantly some distance from the hotel. During the day there are a lot of Thai tourists using the coffee shop and restaurant because it presents many photo ops.

Ornate courtyard decoration a feast for the eyes and spirit. Nice balcony. Attractive Asian modern bathroom. Friendly, helpful staff who were most apologetic qua construction noise Many television channels choices.

Only temporarily, to be clear, there is noisy building construction going on on 2 sides of the hotel. One of us found the pool to be far too cold, the other challengly refreshing Room on 2and floor large but dark. Lighting should be better. Would benefit from more comfortable balcony seating.
