The breakfast was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean. The rooms were a good size. The staff even set up a play area when they saw we had children with us.

The curtains didn’t keep the morning sun out and we were awake around 6AM every day. The showers were very small, it would have been helpful to have some kind of a shelf to place my shampoo, etc. on

Pretty location with private access to the lake. It also has a very nice restaurant (closed Mondays). The countryside is very pretty in the vicinity.

- Sauna and pool wasn’t working - We were given a room that wasn’t cleaned but then swapped. - There was a loud noise from ventilation.

The location is great, cause it is by the sea with a really nice private beach.

There are some things they could improve, especially for the price you pay because it is not cheap. The daylight enters in the rooms as soon as the day starts (which in early summer is already around 4:30 am) because curtains are very thin and of light colors. We were awake by that. There was an alarm at 3 am, it was the smoke detector just because a person has smoked a cigarette. We were also awake. They were very strict with check out time at already 10 am, also with kids!

This hotel offers absolutely faultless experience, with exceptional location directly on a beautiful lake, sweet and helpful staff, stunning views, great food. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The cleanliness was spotless. Will definitely return for both travel and work!!

The room was old-fashioned and the pillow was horrible. I woke up during the night because of the pillow.

Breakfast is not fancy, but enogh choices. Nice location for a short relax holiday.

- The price. This is the third year we go there. Despite we have booked in advance for the same dates, the price has increased 40 eur compared to last years. - As vegan, I missed more options in the breakfast as fresh fruit also on Sunday as well as cornflakes. Alternative dairy free milk would be also nice. - Pillows, German pillows. I don't understand their functionality. Too soft and big.

The garden was not that clean.

The location is amazing, beautiful lake, shore and gardens. The staff was nice and the breakfast had enough variety of products.

There was a big event organized during our stay there on Saturday night. Outdoor tables in the garden with lots of people drinking and shouting until midnight. Loud music played in the facilities also until late. Nobody had warned us in advance. We tried to contact the reception to ask for a room change, but there was nobody there in the evening to help us and they didn't answer telephone calls. Also, because of the event, the restaurant was not serving any meal on lunch nor dinner, (although we saw other guests not belonging to the event but using tables) - something we were also not warned about until we were there. There are no other restaurants in the area and the closest shop is 1,5 km away, the staff didn't offer us any alternative so it was really difficult to sort out out our meals.

Location and staff

Nice location, friendly staff. Plain rooms with outdated furniture and no concept or decoration at all. Not much to do apart from sitting in a nice garden overlooking the lake. Restaurant closes early at 21.00, so not possible to enjoy a night by the lake with a drink perhaps. Very expensive relatively to the offered services. Didn't have breakfast, so cannot comment on that.

Really quiet, the garden is big and the view fantastic. The staff was friendly with me and specially with my son. Nearby there is also a little park where to play with the children.

The room was a bit small

The place is wonderful if you are looking for a relaxed break. There is a huge garden with a small beach to enjoy the lake. The water is calm and clear. The room has everything what you need, even a tiny fridge and they left us mosquito repellent cream. The breakfast is not buffet anymore due to COVID restrictions but it quite worthy. They even prepared me vegan option with fruit and veggies. For 10 euros you get a huge amount of food.

Maybe the mattress was too soft. Shampoo will be a plus.
