Caminar en la unidad, sin escaleras, sillón de masaje, Niza! . Muy relajante cascada de agua de seis pies en condominio, jirafa de 6 pies, no jirafa de 6 pies y 3 pulgadas. 170 West Rockford Dr. Gran piscina cubierta. Tenemos un pequeño lago (estanque) directamente al lado de nuestro patio con pesca y vida silvestre y una hermosa vista del campo de golf. Todo está recién remodelado. Dos camas king y un sofá cama. Campo de golf de 18 hoyos disponible con casa club y restaurante. Muy grande piscina cubierta y jacuzzi. ¡La sala de juegos más grande de Branson con helado (conos de waffle)! y un sándwich caliente. Cancha de tenis, piscina exterior, ping pong, fuzball, mesas de billar, parrillas para cocinar al aire libre y muchos juegos de arcade. Tablero de ajedrez gigante. Sala de ejercicios . Baño principal de lujo con bañera de hidromasaje. Supermercado local, Pizza World y farmacia a una cuadra de distancia. Cinco minutos en coche del viejo Branson y The Landing, que tiene muchos restaurantes maravillosos y muchas, muchas tiendas para ir de compras. Diez minutos en coche de la franja de Branson para disfrutar de todo el entretenimiento y las atracciones locales. Comunidad cerrada muy tranquila y patrullada por seguridad. We enjoyed our condo very much. Close to the pool, Nice balcony overlooking a pond. We could live in this condo. The property owner was very great at communication. We love Branson and this was a nice place to unplug and relax.

We loved the deck with the view of the pond for our toddler, and the owner had a pack and play and high chair on site. It is an older condo however, with multiple "leakage" issues, inc. a totally non-draining tub in the guest bedroom.Somewhat dismaying that those in our party who went barefoot indoors wound up with black soles ! Be aware that the pics inc. a water park outdoor play area and indoor pool either do not exist, or are not available to the condo residents . . . only the resort guests !

The condo was very clean and lived up to the pictures!! Kitchen had everything we needed. Awesome location, close to the attractions we wanted to visit. It was a lovely, comfy home away from home for our time in Branson. Thank you!

Everything was exactly as it said. We were a little disappointed we didn't get to swim in the covered pool but we still had a great time and look forward to staying at the same condo again.

Condo was very well furnished with very comfy beds and bedding. View of the golf course was beautiful. Coffee machine stopped working but he had others in place of it. Manager was very easy to communicate with. Great experience overall.

While the condo is somewhat dated & may need minor repairs; the owner, Nick, was more than helpful, accommodating, responsive, and great to work with! Beds were very comfortable!!
The location is terrific and 6 min to the Landing where we needed to go each day.

We were very pleased with this property and would recommend it to anyone. Loved the quite peaceful atmosphere. Kids loved the outdoor pool. Kitchen was fully equipped for us to cook family meals. Very clean and the beds where very comfortable for us all. Property is close to Branson Landing me and my husband loved that. We shopped there while the kids did SDC one day. The picture don’t really do it Justus it was nicer then we expected when we got there. Nick the host was very kind and helpful with instructions on getting there and how to get in. We travel to Branson at least 6 times a year and this property is one of our favorites!!

Nicely decorated with lots of extras. We enjoyed the activity center/game room to get out of the afternoon heat. No stairs to the condo unit was a plus. The jetted tub was nice, too.

Another amazing vacation
Our 2nd time at this same location. We love everything about it. Great location, beautiful view, easy access and no stairs. We enjoy the game room and fishing in the pond. Love that this is a gated community and I feel safe allowing my preteen to hangout on the property playing on the tennis courts and going to the game room. Close by is a great little grocery store for when we forget stuff. 5 minute drive to the Landing. We will be back.

This property was conveniently located away from the hustle and bustle but had easy access to everything we went to see in Branson. It was very clean, quiet and is a well kept property.

Great place!
We were in town for a convention down by the Branson Landing. This place is only a five minute drive away. Everything in the condo was clean. The beds were good and the furniture was comfy. Will definitely be back.

It was a very nice condo!! Great location! Enjoyed the pool. Lots of things to do in the resort area.
I do have a couple of things that troubled me! The cleaning crew did not do a good job of cleaning the floors. I used the broom the sweep up before we walked around. Also, I could not get the TV remotes in either bedroom to work.
However, having said that we would still like to come back.

Home away from home
We really enjoyed the condo! The beds were comfortable, it was very quiet, and the host has done a wonderful job making sure you have what you need from towels to kitchen appliances. My son really enjoyed looking at the wildlife in the pond in the backyard, and the pool was never busy! This place was our home away from home for a week, and just what we needed! Nick was great at communicating with us, and we will definitely stay here again if we return to Branson!!!

Branson vacation
Some things at the property were broken like the towel rack in the 2nd bathroom and also the faucet in the 2nd bathroom otherwise the property was as listed. Had alot of appliances and things you might forget to bring while on vacation. I would recommend to the owner to consider an at point water heater for the jacuzzi tub. If we took a bath after our kids there wasn't even enough hot water left over to fill up a quarter of the tub. Other than that it was great!

Perfect Location
My family was very pleased with this location. My daughter brought her two children, ages 4 and 7, and the kids loved the pool and game room. It was raining one of the days so the game room can in handy. The condo was very clean and is in a convenient location, with great views of the golf course. Overall, we were impressed and would recommend this condo to others.

Nice weekend getaway
The property was nice, but lacked some TLC. Only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and only one box of tissue for the unit sent us to the grocery store for supplies. The towel bar in one bathroom fell apart upon use and some of the floor moldings were loose or missing. It’s a nice unit, but a little maintenance and care for it would make it rate higher.

The location, condo, owner, amenities were all great! We came with my husband, our two youngest children (5 and 9 months) and my husband's parents. It was perfect for all of us, with plenty of room and comfortable accommodations. We loved the massage chair, especially after spending the day walking all over. The owner was great and very communicative! Will definitely be looking up for future stays!

Loved this place-would definitely stay again. Lots of amenities-very clean, spacious and cutely decorated. It was away from the hustle-bustle of the Branson strip but close proximity to everything in Branson. We really enjoyed our stay!
