Let me just share that our amazing experience started way before our arrival at the property. We came to Miami to celebrate our daughter's 21st birthday and wanted to created a special experience for our daughter upon our arrival. From the moment of sharing the details of our trip with our wonderful host Ritta, she took the word hospitality to the highest level by preparing the apartment with some special added birthday touches prior to our arrival. Thank you Ritta! The property is as described, and on beautiful spot in Sunny Isles, overlooking the beach and the ocean. Our days involved waking up to a beautiful sun rise, enjoying breakfast in the comfort of our own apartment, visiting the beach for a few hours, shopping, dinner... and repeat for 7 days! Simply amazing! We are are already looking forward to our next stay with Ritta.

Had a family reunion that we turned into a long weekend with great weather. We enjoyed Sunny Isles and an evening in Miami. Nice resort, beautiful beach, good location.

Paid for the property without having been able to speak to the property manager. The pictures were not like advertised. Apartment was older and not so clean. Kitchen was not stocked properly. No sun at the beach after 1:30. I was busy moving chairs and towels down the beach so I could sit in the sun. Staff was very friendly though. Pool was awful and in need of upkeep and never in the sun. Beach staff very nice.

The pictures posted is not the exact unit the 2nd in not the same unit it’s across the adjoining hallway . No front entrance had to enter thru the parking garage were the large garage containers are stunk so bad. The pool was a joke a kiddy pool, The staff not pleasant. I am from Michigan and me my wife get away once a month for a weekend to the Ft lauderdale area stayed at dozen resorts this by far was the worst. Was so bad I left a day early to move to the marroitt

The view is amazing. Waking up to the sound of the ocean, priceless. The apartment was clean and modestly furnished. The resort staff was very welcoming.

Overall it was great, amazing views and location of the unit. I just wish they would be more open for an early check in. Our friends flight arrived at 6 am and they had to sleep on the beach in a windy conditions till 10 am.

This place was great for 4 adult friends. There are two bedrooms with King Beds and 3 full bathrooms! We had tons of space. There are even two balconies. Wake up staring out into the beautiful ocean.
Things you should take with you: cup towels, trash bags and a blanket. Also, there’s a Grocery store that delivers, download the Publix Delivery app. There’s a Publix that you’ll want to walk to but trust me, have it delivered. You just have to meet them downstairs with an id for beer. The food and drinks are great in a pinch but expensive. The Beach Boys were super accommodating. Entire staff was amazing!

What an amazingly beautiful condo with breathtaking views. If you want to see the beach from every room this is the condo for you! Lots of space with 3 (!) bathrooms, so great with a family. I will Def be back to this condo!! Loved it so much.

Great spot! Condo was clean! Beautiful large balcony with ocean/beach view! Beach was never too crowded! Staff was amazing!! We will return for sure!!!
