Comfortable beds & close proximity to the train station. Very friendly staff.

It’s a bit of a walk to the waterfront but could have taken the tram as an option, so it’s not a big issue.

i love this hotel, the staff was very friendly. The chamber was clean and quiet, it has good sound proof. If i come back to Nice I would stay again at this hotel. i recommend it.

Location is perfect, stuff was really kind. The room was awesome and the bed.... the bed was fantastic.

Amazing staff!!! It is walking distance from the beach, old town and shops. Next to the train station - making locations such as Monaco, Antibes, Cannes, Marseille, etc. easily accessible.

Because it is so central it is very noisy (trams, people, car, construction). There isn’t a coffee machine/kettle in the room, meaning one has to past entrance/lobby/breakfast room to get a cup of tea/coffee.

No complaints at all. I traveled with family for Carnaval and they had rooms in the same Hotel. I couldn't fault this stay. The location was very central and right by the tram and close to the railway station but not noisy in the room. A small lift available to upper floors. The room was safe and secure, delightfully clean and tidy- compact, nicely decorated with a very comfy bed. Nice shower that worked well and beautiful white clean laundered linen. Staff were polite, helpful and friendly and water and coffee tea available downstairs in the dining area. Breakfast was very tasty, nicely cooked and as much as was needed for a hungry person. I would love to return and stay again one day!

Location is excellent . Next to shops , restaurants , transport , 10 minutes walk to sea front. The staff are exceptionally nice , so friendly and helpful.

Coffee machine and bottled water was always available! As well as an ice machine. The value of that alone cannot be overstated!
