Apartments spacious and clean and had everything you needed even a washing machine which was a big plus.loved the big balcony and our own roof top terrace.nice pool with the most comfortable sun loungers we ever had in a resort.very good value for the money

Everything was great.only thing that could improve was the Wi-Fi it was very poor but not a big issue.cleaning would have been nice to have more than once but when it was done very well. Breakfast could do with a bit more choice but it was included in the price so can’t really complain and it was enough to keep you going for a few hours

Our room second bathroom had very bad sewer gas smell and maintanace guys tried to fix it with completly wrong solutions. [Ozonating,] not fixing root cause. Ona garden did not fix this issue even though i contacted staff four times sbout it. Also hotel restaurant was below subpar. Microwave oven food. Better to avoid

The room was spacious and very clean. All the staff that worked there were very friendly and helpful. The pool was very well kept but the surrounding grass area where the sunbeds were located needed maintenance. The continental breakfast was adequate but only a small area where the breakfast buffet was served.

The location of the hotel, it was quite a walk to the surrounding bars and restaurants.

Spacious clean rooms with views of the lake. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, and dealt with any problems immediately.

The noisy neighbours and people shouting to each other from the balcony to the pool.

The hotel looked pretty old and was not perfectly clean in all corners and behind doors etc. The pool area was open, but the water wasn’t heated, which was a little bit disappointing as the receptionist spoke so positively about the pool when we arrived. Also the breakfast we payed extra for was overpriced, as the quality was rather bad.

By visiting the hotel we noticed quite fast, that the hotel is outdated and a refurbishment is urgently needed. The main reason for our bad evaluation is driven by the cleanliness. Our first room was dirty (stains on towels, dirt on the floor, dust on many surfaces). In addition the air condition is full of dust and we had mound at the ceiling in the living room of the apartment, and the bed was dirty and damaged. After mentioning this, we where able to switch to a better room. The Room was also not cleaned well and the air condition was full of dust, but no mould. With the switch of the room the manager started to involve us in daily discussions. He tried to push us to sign a contract and that we waiver to claim our money back (we did not sign it). Based on this experience we can not recommend the hotel. Further experience: 25min walking distance to the beach; free Wi-Fi to slow for loading emails (in the evening); a lot of garbage on the street in front of the main entrance of the hotel; breakfast selection ok, but also the impression that the cleanliness could be better (scrambled eggs very dry on the surface)

Large clean apartment equipped like home. Nice and quiet area within walking distance to town. Huge balcony overlooking pool and lake. We had half board. Food was good. Everyone would find something there. Staff were really nice and had full understanding of English. Hotel looked full but still plenty sunbeds available beside pool.

Room cleaning could be more often. For 10 days stay room was cleaned only once. Half board dinner should have drinks included. At least water or something. There was nothing to drink apart from payable alcohols and other drinks.

We stayed for 2 nights at the end of our 14day vacation in Spain+Mallorca. We really loved this spacious apartment, the kitchen, washing machine. We were leaving early in the morning, we get a huge breakfast pack, we ate it at the airport. Perfect, we enjoyed. Thank you

A little far from the beach and the centre of city, but for us it was ok. Mosquitos in that area.

Value for cost

Availability of taxis was a problem given the location. Although this is the first time its been a problem

the gym did not have working air con and had no light free weights below 10kg or above 1kg a treadmill would be good also

The apartment had everything we needed for my family of 5, overall caters for a family environment. As far as I know there are pool activities throughout the day except for Tues.

The restaurant offered a limited menu. The surrounding area experienced a power cut on one of the days however this is not within control of the hotel.
