Nice cozy room with an outstanding view to the river. This hotel feels like you are at your own home. The breakfast was good. The people at the reception were really polite! Thank you! We will come back soon, I hope for another visit in beautiful Koblens!

Everything. The location is good, the hotel has an old fashioned charm, the staff is lovely. I had a great view from my room, the breakfast is great at a very good price. They have a safe place to store bicycles. Absolutely loved it. It also seems to have great accessibility, for people with limited mobility, which is very good.

a bit dated room (you can also called it old fashioned charm), can hear other rooms and could be loud during high season i imagine.

The staff were very helpful. Even though it was a holiday, they provided a nice dinner and breakfast. Very satisfied.

The Hotel has massive rooms which was perfect with our stay with our little one. Great location on the water en good breakfast:)

close to train station and on the river. Good views. Good breakfast. Easy walk to old town. Good heat in the room. We arrived in the rain and our clothes were soaked by the time we returned to the hotel in the evening. we were able to dry everything in the several radiators in the room.

Great communications even before we arrived. Very friendly and helpful staff and great rooms. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfasts very good! A really lovely and quiet location right on the river!

Location and clean rooms

one room had no heating all night and nobody brought an extra blanket or another room wasn’t offered

Location was excellent, with a Rhine boat stop right outside the door. Staff were very polite and friendly. We were allowed to leave our car slightly over the official time so that we could take the cable car to the Ehrenbreitstein fortress before continuing our journey south. Quality of room was first class: we got a mini-suite with a balcony view over the river. Furnishings are of excellent quality. Amazing value for money!

We discussed a better black-out in the bathroom (we like near-total darkness to sleep and the bedroom shutters provide this) and the manager said they would look into it in the winter. But this is a really niggling complaint. We'd be back in a flash.
