Friendly uncles and auntie,thank you and appreciate the post card they given to us after check out, they clean the room every day,infront of kawaguchiko station,drinkable water, our room view was mount fuji, can leave the baggage prior to check in, value for money, love the smell of shampoo and conditioner, its like a vintage house and we love it

Not soundproof you can hear other people talking from their room, you cant leave the baggage for hours after check out

Easy walk across the road from the train. Woke up to a perfect view of Mt Fuji. The bed was a delight, like sleeping on a cocoon.

Pros: - Amazing location that was easy to find and right in front of the station. - Plenty of food and shopping places nearby. - Room was decently warm in the winter. - You get free yukata to dress into so you can leave pajamas at home if you want! - Front staff seemed limited on English ability but was very helpful and gave us a small souvenir when we left!

Cons: - Facilities are old. This is a business hotel, so I'm not expecting a lot, but the bathroom wall had holes on it and were just covered up with stickers. The kettle in our room did not work very well. The water pressure in the shower was not consistent - like it would literally go from weak to strong back to weak in one second, and alternate between hot and cold. One of the soles of the slippers were falling apart. Elevator is tiny and is only appropriate for one person with their luggage - maybe two if they're small. - Cleanliness could be improved. The water cups in the bathroom smelled a bit funky and the kettle wasn't fully dried before we checked in... - Amenities were lacking. You get a small thing of bad soap, a razor, toothbrush (with the tiniest amount of toothpaste), and single use packs of a combined shampoo/conditioner. It'll get you through the night but bring your own if you know you'll need it.

The staff at the reception was rude and unfriendly. Also they promised to arrange a room with Mt Fuji view (with email), end up, allocated a room without any view, terrible ! Won't stay again when visiting Lake Kawaguchi.

The bed was not level, when you lay on one side you tend to slip towards the middle of the bed.

it very near to kawaguchiko station. View from my room is Mt Fuji, so its excellent. Heater is very help full. Tourist information is available. i can put my luggage before check in time. Staff is friendly.

My room is noise, i can hear people from outside. Amenity for bath is limited.
