The breakfast was amazing, the very spintaneous service/booking of massages was excellente. The staff in the spa was professional and very kind. The staff in general was the best we could wish for. We really enjoyed our time there. Will be coming back again.

There was no included/free public pool to swim in.

What a wonderful hotel/spa with the most amazing restaurant on-site. We travelled from Prague by train on Friday evening and left our work aches behind for the weekend. The Receptionist was so helpful as we were quickly booked in and we immediately went to enjoy a delicious dinner in the hotel restaurant. From start to finish our weekend could not have been better. We had a lovely relaxing time in the spa and excellent massages. We stayed in the exclusive 2 bedroomed apartment and it really was beautifully designed, perfectly clean and extremely comfortable. We will definitely return!

there’s simply nothing to highlight as the entire stay was just awesome. This was the first time I considered to not write any feedback, as I’m afraid other people will fond this gem and it’ll booked all the time. The location is right in the most historic part of town, surrounded by excellent restaurants and 5 mins walk away from famous pond Svět. Staff was very helpful and welcoming, nothing was a problem to arrange.

What a wonderful stay I had! The location is lovely, in a quiet street in old town centre right between the main place in Trebon and the top of the lake. Loads of shops, market on weekend, restaurants within 100 meters and still quiet for a good nights rest. The receptionist is an Angel! The Spa downstairs, lovely. The Breakfast buffet, fresh and full! Everything is clean and new as well as everybody friendly and helpful. This is a lovely place and the people, who work here will make your stay the best they can wholeheartedly and with pride. I will come back here if I manage to reserve a room in time again next year. Watch out this place is fully booked most of the time. And has only few rooms available. Book early! Thank you.

Absolutely nothing. For the weaker of us and elderly, do try to get a room on the lower floors. I had no issue without elevator to the first or second floor. There is no higher. And your luggage will be brought up for you! So no worries!

Excellent location, very nice and helpful staff and the food at the restaurant is exceptional. Thd exclusive apartment was a truly luxurious experience: spacious, clean, stylish with bathtub in the bedroom and a bed with canopy.
