The location was good for visiting the main sites.
The breakfast variety was somewhat lacking. The hotel offers a menu for eggs made to order, but the one time we ordered something it took too long and the eggs were undercooked. The room did not have enough natural light and the lightining fixtures were insufficient. At one point we saw ants near the closet.

Location in Central Madrid is a big plus. Food in hotel bar was excellent. My only slight comment would be that the breakfast buffet could include some grilled vegetables or similar to extend the hot choice. Otherwise, no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

The location was excellent. The staff were always helpful and we were able to checkin early.
The rooms were very small and dated. However, the bed was very comfortable. I would have liked the room to be lighter.

we booked a superior room with two beds.
but the neighbor room (710) was just separated by a normal door, and we could hear everything from then, phonecall ect..
normally not difficult, but this was not pleasant, and really surprised it was not mentioned when we payed more than 700euro for the room.

perfect location, great rooftop bar, and a nice restaurant.
I received a 1st floor bedroom, and it was very noicy outside, I heard the people on the streets and the garbage service during midnight onwards.

Location was good. I knew this when I booked.
Everything else was poor. from the staff at check in and breakfast, the room itself and the state (suite) and the overall standard of the hotel. I would not recommend.
