Super nette, sehr herzliche und schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Für eine Stopover-Nacht gut geeignet. Sehr angenehm: Familienzimmer mit vier vernünftigen Betten ohne Schlafsofa. Alles angenehm groß, unkomplizierter Checkin. Gemütliches Bad, ruhige Nacht, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Das Haus hat ein Geruchsproblem, es riecht im ganzen Haus oft muffig, aus dem Bad teilweise wirklich unangenehm. Da helfen auch all die aufgestellten Duftstäbchen nichts. Die Lage ist speziell, aber man weiß ja, was man bucht. Wirklich gefehlt haben mir ein Fön und Ablage-Möglichkeiten im Bad. Der Abfluss im Waschbecken im Bad funktioniert echt schlecht, der in der Dusche auch nicht gut. Ein gemütliches Licht im Küchenbereich als Aufenthaltsbereich wäre schön.

Good value of money, kitchenette, very clean and easy to get in. Clean kitchen and table wear, properly working fridge and kitchen facilities, fine pan. There everything in working condition.

For provided price and already known ahead location is somewhere in suburbs, it is quite good choice! A bit like industrial environment, so if you up to good window view it will be not your choice.

Huone oli kivan tilava. Meillä oli mukana 5 koiraa ja koirat mahtuivat hyvin majoittumaan meidän kanssa. Lemmikkimaksu oli edullinen. Keittiöstä löytyi kaikki tarvittava ja huone oli todella siisti.

Huoneessa oli aika lämmin ja koiratkin hieman hikoilivat yön aikana.

Skaidras instrukcijas par iekļūšanu numurā, attālinātā reģistrāšanās bija ērta, varēja ierasties un doties prom sev ērtā laikā, neatkarīgi no personāla esamības vai neesamības. Laba - nomaļa atrašanās vieta - ja nepieciešamas tikai nakstmājas ceļojumā un nav plānotas pilsētas izklaides.

Nedaudz traucēja samērā plānās sienas - kaimiņu radītie trokšņi, kad gribējās iemigt. Varētu atstāt kādu instrukciju telpā par ierīču lietošanu - piemēram, TV - lai nav papildus jāsazinās ar saimnieku. Saziņā saimniece bija ātra, tomēr dodu priekšroku tam, ka nav jāuzdod papildus jautājumi.

Don’t judge the book by its cover. The surrounding of the hotel and its outside look are not attractive but the inside there is a very nice and spacious and well equipped room, even apartment. The owner is absolutely polite and helpful. We were traveling with the kids and a set of toys were waiting for us in the room.

You definitely need to travel by car to reach this place. It’s located on the outskirts of Valmiera. Also, the possibility of offering breakfast would add value.
