Our 2nd stay at this beautiful villa & hopefully won’t be our last. Great communication from the owner before our trip & during to make sure everything was ok. Location perfect, large villa with pool. No need for a car. Cheap taxi 30 minutes from airport to villa. 5 minute walk to water-park from villa & another 5 minutes after that to Flamingo Beach & restaurants. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay in Casa Amatris, the perfect villa to enjoy Playa Blanca. It has all the facilities needed for a relaxing stay including heated pool, UK TV, and wonderful private location. The owners are very approachable and helpful and there is a lovely welcome hamper on arrival. Already booked for next year!

We are very familiar with the Canary Islands but our first time to Lanzarote and we loved it!! The weather was spectacular and just what we wanted to prepare us for winter back home. The villa was lovely with a great outside area and pool and close to all ammenities. There was a well stocked welcome pack to greet us and the management team were friendly and very helpful. Cant wait to go back!

An excellent villa in a great location. The beds were very comfortable . The outside area was where we spent most of our time. The pool is just amazing. The only negative was the outside couch cushions which could do with replacing. Overall we would definitely recommend this villa. Richard was always very helpful and replied to any enquiries promptly.

It is a lovely villa and we used the pool a lot. Last in playa blanca 30 years ago so many changes! Very noisy from building site near-by but not richard's fault!

We had another lovely week in the villa, it was well prepared for us and very clean. The pool is lovely to swim in, would certainly recommend.

Villa in a great location, 10 min walk to nearest beach and restaurants. Playa Blanca easy to walk to, a little further. Outside area of Villa lovely, fabulous pool. Inside Villa, parts looking a little tired but comfortable. Welcome pack appreciated as we were an evening arrival. We enjoyed our stay.

We had the best time and the villa was even better in person than we expected. Host was easy to get hold of and checked up on us a couple of times to check we were okay. Brilliant location, ten minutes to playa flamingo where is a great beach and also some restaurants and bars. We really hope to return again next year. The pool area was fabulous and the kids and all us all loved it. Another bonus was the tele with Netflix for when the kids wanted an hour out the sun it gave us time to relax. Bbq was also really good to be able to use. Would highly recommend

My family and I stayed at the villa from two weeks in August 2023. The villa is fantastic in every way The pool is a great size and the shaded patio area added a welcome break from the mid-day sun. The villa also has a good WIFI speed and the TV has an extensive Sky package which we don't even have at home. The location within Playa Blanca is excellent and it's a 15 minute walk to the main bars and restaurant's. I would give Richard and his Villa a 10/10 and when we return to Lanzarote we will not bother looking elsewhere I'll simply rebook with him.

Amazing Villa great location!

This was the perfect base for our family holiday. Everything was as described in the listing and the owner was really helpful, answering any questions we had. The pool and outside space was a huge hit for all the family. The inside space had everything we needed and the beds were really comfy. A short walk into town and the beach. We hired a car so we could explore the surrounding areas but you don’t need one if you’re happy to stay local as everything you need is only a short walk away. We had such a fantastic holiday that we wished we’d booked to stay for longer!

Don’t need a car, 10 minute walk to local supermarket, restaurant’s & Flamingo Beach. 40 minute stroll (if that) to the main strip if Playa Blanca, more shops, bars & beach. At the end of the road from Villa is a Aqua Lava (Waterpark). Beautiful, good size villa with private 8 X 4 pool. Pool guy comes round to clean it & we had cleaners come round to change our beds, give us fresh towels & clean floors during our 10 day stay. Large tv with English channels & great Wi-Fi. Can’t complain about anything, everything was perfect, already booked to go again.

Fantastic property, hardly left all week very spacious, the wifi was great and the smart tv had loads of English channels, the shade outside was a life saver as it was rather hot the week I stayed and to round it all off the pool was heated to a pleasant temp. Booking for next year.

This is a beautiful villa in a perfect location close to beach and amenities. Pool and terrace area are perfect for relaxing. Host was very friendly and responsive, would highly recommend.

Lovely villa in great location about 10 mins walk to Flamingo beach and 15 to the main area, bars and restaurants of Playa Blanca. We loved the pool and the beautiful garden and a huge plus having UK tv with kids. Owner (Richard) was very responsive and helped alot when we had queries. Tip: there are 3 restaurants (Greek, Steak and Italian) closeby that were the best we ate in.

This is our third enjoyable stay at Casa Amatris, and on this occasion we were joined by our extended family. Our Grandchildren had hours of fun in lovely the heated pool.

Everything was as described lovely location close to the water park and beach nice little stroll to the restaurants clean and tidy and a lovely welcome pack definitely will return.

My partner and I had a great 10 days at this comfortable villa. The pool and garden are lovely, we spent a lot of time relaxing here. The beach, coastal walks and restaurants are all within easy walking distance making it a great location. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily go back again.

We had a fantastic week in the villa. Lovely to get some winter sunshine. The loaction was great. A 10 minute stroll to the beach and lovely restaurants. Great to sit in one of the beach bars with a coctail watching the sunset. I would recommend this villa to anyone. My boys loved the water park at the end of the road and playing in the pool! the house is as described and very well equipped. The pool is heated and can also be used in winter. The nearest beach can be reached within 10 minutes walking distance. There are also some restaurants and a small supermarket. A larger supermarket is 5 minutes away by car. We felt very comfortable in the house and the contact with the landlord was very uncomplicated.

Comfortable accomodation in peaceful location with lovely covered terrace and garden.

We all absolutelymloved our stay at Villa Amatris From the minute we started the booking process to when we left, everything went smoothly, and the owners and the individual people we met from the caretakers and pool man were all so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much for them to make sure our stay was great The villa itself was lovely, and had everything we needed for a really enjoyable stay but the outside garden, patio and pool areas completely made our holiday. There is so much room we could all have our separate areas or sit together, whichever we wanted The large pool was beautifully warm and we spent a lot of time in it each day Although not in the heart of Playa Blanca, we found it an easy 15 minute walk to Playa Flamingo, then another 10 minute walk to Playa Blanca. (We tend to walk fairly quickly) We also walked along the promenade to Faro Park -that took about 40 minutes each way, but we stopped for a fantasticleisurely breakfast at the bakery/restaurant there. There are lots of great restaurants within walking distance, as well as mini markets We would like to say a special thank you to owners Richard and Karen. I had said months ago when we booked, it was a Covid delayed special birthday for two of us. We were delighted and surprised to receive a lovely bottle of bubbly for a belated birthday celebration. How many people would have remembered, never mind been so thoughtful and generous? They really are exceptional hosts Thank you

Had a lovely 12 days in the villa.. Grandkids were never out of it. Lovely seating area for the whole family. Handy for Flamingo beach.

Lovely big villa with everything needed for our stay. Pool was beautiful. Nice shady terrace. Location is perfect only 10 minutes walk to Flamingo beach and 25 minutes into town. Will be back again

Our young family stayed at this beautiful villa for a week in playa blanca and we all thoroughly enjoyed our time there , villa was lovely and clean and comfortable and instructions to get to the villa were easy to follow . We will definitely be back sometime
