Sara è una persona gentilissima che ti mette subito a tuo agio, tra l'altro abbiamo scoperto di essere entrambi appassionati di fotografia, ci ha spiegato tutto su Arezzo, luoghi da vedere, locali consigliati, insomma una perfetta padrona di casa. La stanza era caldissima, la colazione ottima e abbondante con cornetti freschissimi. Siamo stati davvero bene e nel cuore di Arezzo!
Cuscini troppo bassi, però ce n'erano altri due in armadio ma nn ce ne siamo accorti!

Il B&B si trova in posizione centrale, la stanza era molto pulita, ben arredata, accogliente e ben fornita. La colazione ricchissima e ottima, prodotti freschi e tanta varietà. La proprietaria ci ha accolto con un gran sorriso ed è stato piacevole chiacchierare con lei, inoltre ci ha dato utilissimi consigli turistici, ma soprattutto sulle trattorie e i ristoranti della città. Assolutamente consigliato!

Einfach alles! Ein tolles, geräumiges Zimmer mit Du/WC mitten in der Altsadt. Sehr sauber! Gutes Frühstück und eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Sehr zu empfehlen!

The lady host was very careful about every aspect of the location; it felt like we stayed in her home.
Very good breakfast, we were asked at arrival what kind of breakfast we want: sweet or savory.

A lot of nice touch and personal service. Sara was very enthusiastic, before we came and when we arrived.

Sara was a great host, her B&B is right in the center of Arezzo, great location. Free parking no more than 10 min walk, escalators would take you up the hill to the town. But can be busy.
B&B is a 3 bedrooms flat in lovely old building converted into bed and breakfast. Had a nice breakfast, wish we could stay longer as loved Arezzo.
Room maybe bit on smaller side, but guess that's reflected in price.

Breakfast was well organized within Covid restrictions.
Very good location, within a few minutes walk of all sights and restaurants.
Arezzo being a medieval town, driving and parking are a problem. However, it is quite easy to drive near the property to unload, and then park outside city walls (500 metres walk, not too pleasant with a bit more luggage).

It was spotless and definitely a place to go back for longer to enjoy the wonderful and breathtaking rooms that this family b&b offers you in the very centre of Arezzo as well as the history of the place itself.
