We were impressed with the view, the appartment was clean and very well equipped. Very quiet even though it's on a busier street, everything is within walking distance, free parking on the street just in front.
There are some stairs to get to the rental, but it's clearly stated in the VRBO description, so we knew about it.

Was looking for a central location to explore the Connemara area - this was it. An extra bonus was to find a grocery next door and that the entire village was walking distance. Would be happy to return

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment offered enough space for our family of 4. The location is perfect! Less than a minute to Clifden’s village center. Our only issue was with the water pressure in the master shower, the shower stopped running when water was being used elsewhere in the apartment. We let the property management company know, so hopefully that will be fixed.

We had a quick 2 night stay- definitely could have stayed much longer! The apartment was cozy, spacious and perfect for us. Especially enjoyed the patio and water views. Fun pubs with live music in walking distance. Hiked Diamond upper and lower loop trail. We hope to come back some day!! Go to Griffins to see Jack O'Reilly!

We loved this apartment. Set in a beautiful spot on the bay a short walk from the restaurants and shops, it’s a great spot to enjoy Clifden and all that Connemara has to offer.

The apartment is right in the town with a main supermarket right next door. Yet it’s not busy and its own entrance at the back makes for a peaceful setting overlooking the water. The apartment itself is very spacious and the master room is super with a hotel standard bed. We never had an issue finding a space across the street to park (September). Our little dog loved the gated garden. We will be back!

Appartement grand et agréable. Chambres spacieuses. Cuisine bien équipée. Belle terrasse et très belle vue.
Par contre, la pompe à eau est très bruyante et cela est très désagréable. Il faut donc l'éteindre la nuit et la rallumer le matin.
L'appartement est très bien placé en plein centre et un supermarché à 2 min. à pieds.

The place is bigger than you think from the pictures which made it comfortable for us to stay. The view is nice of the water and perfectly located to the town.

The location is fabulous. The apartment was warm and cosy and the welcome items were a lovely treat. We had everything we needed such as dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid so we didn’t have to go out to shop to find these. I would love to return in summer one year.

There were lots of steps down to the apartment making it difficult to get luggage to and from the apt. We were lucky there was a parking space available during our stay but there is no allocated space for the property. We felt the property needed a good deep clean and rugs cleaned/replaced. Other than that the apartment was basic and it would take very little effort /expense to make it much more comfortable.

Beautiful patio great views yet in 2min you are in the centre of clifden for groceries, or a bite to eat in the lovely restaurants or bakery.

We really enjoyed our stay and can warmly recommend the apartment.

Great 4 Day Break
Had a lovely few days in Clifden Galway, the apartment was very clean with lots of towels and plenty of space.
The Town center location was great, very quiet at night. Steps down to the apartment might be a problem for older people but , a lovely view from the outside terrace.

Lots of extras left on our arrival, tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, spices etc. Washing powder. dishwasher tablets, soap etc.
The large, enclosed balcony area was ideal for managing our dogs.
We brought an mattress cover, based on previous experience, but it was unused because the bed was very comfortable.
Congratulations to the cleaner who forwarded our left behind items and produced a pristine apartment on our arrival.

Excellent base for Connemara
We had a lovely time in this apartment. It has everything you need from a well stocked kitchen to excellent wifi. it has a lovely patio area and a lovely enclosed garden for children to play. The photos don't really capture this at all. Also the apartment is next door to a great supervalu which stocks lots of fresh local produce. Una also provides some fresh flowers and some custard creams on arrival and she was excellent though out even sending on a sweater which i had left behind. The only slight quibble is that there is no parking for this apartment (although booking.com indicates otherwise) and whilst this didn't affect us too much it could affect others particularly during the height of the holidays as clifden is a very busy little town for traffic and parking.

Great Location!
Lovely, spacious property overlooking the water 2 buildings down from the grocery store - so was very easy to stock the fridge with breakfast and lunch essentials. Easy to walk to all Clifden town pubs, restaurants and cafes. Felt safe, was clean, on a quiet street and we appreciated the washing machine, provided area guides, printed house rules and "how to" booklet and cookies and milk in the fridge upon arrival. This apartment has one of the best water views in Clifden.

Excellent location
Very homely apartment. Located right on the centre of Clifden, yet round the back of the building overlooking the river, so it was quiet. Great supermarket a couple of minutes walk away. Large terrace with colourful plants and herbs in pots. Car parking for residents at the front of the building, though the spaces weren’t marked very well so we were never sure which space to use. I would recommend this apartment for comfort, convenience and location.

A Disappointment
Clifden is a busy tourist town and the apartment is well- located for all the amenities. It is a ground floor appartment with a good sized terrace and views over the harbour. There are a significant number of steps down to access the appartment which may cause difficulties for some. In addition the allocated parking space is extremely narrow.
The appartment itself offers good sized accommodation and is fairly well-equipped. However we felt it is in great need of decoration and in some areas updating, such as the kitchen area. This, in places,is quite grubby. There is a sizeable hole in the ceiling just above the cooker area being one example of this.
If this is an example of the accommodation managed by Love Connemara, we certainly would not use this company again.

Great Apartment
Really enjoyed our stay for 5 days. Beautiful apartment right in town. Close to all the shops and pubs, as well as Connemara National Park, Sky Road, beach road, etc.

I love Connemara too!
My accommodations were excellent, location was also excellent. The only drawback was that the caretaker provided me with no information on how anything worked. A list on the counter with WiFi information, how to turn the heat on, where the trash went etc would have prevented me from calling her so many times.
