Excellent communication with the owner re: check in time, facilities and parking. Excellent welcome on check in, owner spoke perfect English and gave us lots of information as well as a parking pass for free parking in a choice of places. Unloading bay right outside the door. The owner even carried our luggage upstairs whilst my husband parked the car! Our room was quite small but perfectly adequate and spotlessly clean, bathroom amenities excellent. Air conditioning unit and hospitality tray very welcome. Room overlooked the canal with a fabulous view of the medieval tower and walls. Sweet garden (where we picnicked in the evening) and where we sat for breakfast. The breakfast was good, the items available seemed to be of very high quality. Lots of information available in reception for things to do and see, also bike hire. Unfortunately we were not there for long enough to really take advantage.

There was only one coffee machine at breakfast which caused long queues, another one would have made a lot of difference. Not really a complaint, just a comment. I didn't like having to leave, wish I could have stayed longer!!

The hotel is ideally located just across the bridge from the main entry to the walled part of Aigues-Mortes. It is small and charming, with very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was very good, and the outdoor eating area in the garden was lovely. The provided parking nearby was easily accessible.

Two improvements would have made this police even better: mosquito screens on the windows and restriction of smoking outdoors (as well as indoors) during breakfast times.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. It’s perfectly situated with a lovely view. comfortable and clean.

Loosely fitting sliding door to bathroom: only stay here if you don’t care about bathroom privacy. Very hot room on arrival - has aircon for night but why not close shutters in day between guests? Free parking available but first unloading your car is a challenge.

Hotel located at a busy junction. No local parking (apart from briefly, to offload). Breakfast OK, but noisy due to cars driving past a few metres away. Limited reception hours. No lounge area. Big friendly hotel dog (maybe offputting to those not accustomed to dogs). Seemed expensive for what it was but that maybe the downside of high season in a very touristy venue.

Everyone was perfect. The room was nice, clear and modern.

The location is close to the old town! The owner is very friendly and helpful. He helped us when we had problems with our car. He gave us information about restaurants and the city. Thank you once again, we would stay there again.

Cozy hotel, perfect location, beautiful little garden, delicious breakfast and very nice hosts (plus the dog :)) who were also incredibly helpful with parking when we wanted to visit the city a but more. Would come back and recommend!

The sliding bathroom door is very practical for the size of the room, just not ideal for privacy.

Close to Auiges-Mortes good walks nearby. Reception helpful staff. Room comfortable just enough space, shower over bath good. Breakfast was sufficient. Aircon good and could have window open for fresher air.

Had to wait for reception to open, parking was nearby but not secure. Bit more variety at breakfast but this is a 2star hotel after all.

Breakfast was small but adequate. Would have liked something fresh to go with it - fruit / yoghurt but pretty good.

An excellent welcome. Parking just round the corner and free. Lovely clean and well equipped room. A great location for wandering into Aigues-Mortes itself which is a fascinating place provided you avoid the busy weekend. Great (but not cheap) restaurants. The breakfasts were good and the owners responded to the request for gluten free. Maybe a cooked option, eggs for example, might have been nice. Overall a memorable couple of nights at Aigues-Mortes. Thank you.

The staff was very friendly and I felt very welcome. The room was clean and the location of the hotel is good. That being said, there was not much character in the room. The hotel is rather a basis for exploration than a destination in itself. Solid quality but nothing amazing.

The hotel could create more pleasant spaces for the guests, for instance in the garden.

Lovely hotel, pleasant staff. Breakfast great value for money. They gave us a parking permit which in such a busy town was like winning the lottery. Handy for restaurants and walled city. Last time we arrived by boat!
