A wonderfull property

Amazing place, a real hidden gem! The house and the yard are simply fantastic! So good that you will feel tempted to stay there all day! The perfect accommodation for a big group of people. Elizabeth and her son were great! Always keeping in touch, answering our questions, coming up with wonderful suggestions about where to go and what to see.

We had a wonderful experience at the Exotic Palm Villa! The house is spacious - there was more than enough space to accommodate comfortably 8 people. It is nicely decorated and extremely well-equipped (really felt like home). The surrounding garden is big and well-maintained - our kids had a great time playing there, and learned quite a bit about the local flora and fauna :) They were also very impressed to find a turtle in the garden, which apparently lives there! What we also liked about the house that it stayed cool (we didn't need to run air conditioning during the day at all!) despite high temperatures outside. Finally, Elizabeth, who was our host, was very kind and helpful! She went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this villa for anyone visiting Larissa Region / Thessaly.

The hosts were extremely attentive and understanding as we booked our stay just the previous day and asked for a late leave. When we arrived, Elsa and Nicolas walked us through the lovely, stylish house, gave us the keys and told us about good places to eat nearby. Personally, I enjoyed how spacious the house is - the huge dining room, the comfy sofas and the outside terraces (each room has access to one!). The 3 rooms with queensize beds are perfect for couples, while the fourth room has separate beds. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the house for groups of up to 8 people :)

The spacious size of the house was perfect for our group of 8 (plus baby). The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare family meals. We made good use of the wonderful grill most nights. The guys really enjoyed the pool table:). We ate breakfast out on the deck- so nice! We all enjoyed the garden. The house is clean, uncluttered and nicely decorated. The gates made us feel very safe. We took a pleasant walk into town for ice cream. And the supermarket there had all the groceries that we needed. We took a very quick drive to the beach and also to Platamon Castle. Excellent location with using our rental car. We have no complaints. We felt like we were staying in a luxury villa!!

No complaints:) Personally, I’d take out the bidets and enlarge the showers but I know others would not like that change;)

The house is very nice and clean, it has many terraces/balconies and a big yard. The host was kindly, she explained us everything from the beginning. If you travel by car, it is a good location for visiting the Olympus Mountain (15 -20 km). Meteora Monasteries are at 140 km.

The only inconvenient is that the beaches are not very close to the Vila: Skotina (not very good) 3 km, Nei Pori 12 km
