Soggiorno fantastico in questo hotel a pochi passi dalle spiagge di Varazze! Abbiamo trascorso un fine settimana estivo e ci siamo trovati benissimo! L'hotel situato in una posizione ottimale, le camere pulite e con i confort necessari, colazione abbondante con molti prodotti fatti in casa (anche senza lattosio e glutine!) e personale sempre disponibile e gentile. I titolari ti fanno sentire come a casa! Parcheggio incluso TOP! Bagno piccolo ma ha tutto! Esperienza totalmente positiva!

The breakfast was good and extensive, lots of homemade goodies, and the staff at breakfast is super friendly (if you want an egg it’s 3 euro extra though). The garden was beautiful and relaxing. The location is good, very close to the beach and the old town. The owner gave us a free ride to the train station, that was really nice. Free water.

The beds are terrible: hard mattresses and covered with plastic under the sheet. We slept terrible and woke up with aching backs. The airconditioning is switched off during the day and at night. Very noisy room, we could even hear the neighbors do their thing in the toilet. The bathroom is super small, I could not even turn in the shower. Maybe if you get a room with balcony it’s better.. The room is very dated: ‘50 shades of brown’. It’s like going back in time 50 years.

I really liked this friendly family hotel. All the people working here were so friendly. When I arrived, I got to choose among 2 different rooms, which one I liked the most. A little bit later check out was also no problem.

Super nice and friendly staff. Family atmosphere, we felt like at home. Breakfast was very delicious and plentyfull. Rooms all perfect. Beach very close.

We chose the option to have two single beds however apparently we made the booking too late (15:00) to have our beds separated as the cleaners have already cleaned and arranged the rooms so was not possible to have two single beds even though we were given the option for this when we made the booking. When checking in, the receptionist was extremely rude and not helpful in the slightest, considering we had booked two single beds. She offered us another room which was 50% more expensive or we cancel our booking and lose the entire cost of the room. She was very unaccommodating and told us to be quiet as we were trying to explain this is not our fault and that the booking shouldn’t allow us to chose two single beds if it was too late to make a room with two single beds. Also, she offered us parking for an additional €10 however when we checked out and paid it was €15 but by this point we were happy to leave. On the other hand, the breakfast was lovely and the other staff member serving was very nice and accommodating. I would not recommend this hotel as the first receptionist was rude and the customer service she provided was atrocious.

Location great just one street back from the promenade and breakfast was good with home made jams and I was able to park at the hotel
