Reception was great as was the room. Good view from the two balconies. Bathroom and beds were very good. We had an issue with the electricity and it was repaired within minutes! Location on the quay is great although on the calmer side and a bit off the city center (maybe 5 to 10 minutes stroll), which is as described.

Service during breakfast was a bit slow and not as friendly as other staff. Bed for our small son was requested before arrival, but was not available. We had to improvise in securing the bed as he is incredibly active during the night.

SU hotel is located right on Lake Ohrid and a 10 minute walk down the lakeside to the town centre. The rooms are clean and well equipped, and the sauna is a lovely added touch. The breakfast was also delicious with many options for vegans.

The staff is phenomenal! The room looks good and it is very clean. The breakfast was very good! The restaurant on the top floor is just superb - and the view from there is amazing!

The location was perfect, our room was spacious and comfortable., with amazing view for the lake. the breafasts were very tasty. It was very nice stay.

The rooftop restaurant could be bigger, one day we need to try few times to find some free table for the breakfast .

Breakfast needs to be improved. More fresh food and vegetables please. No need for five different types of eggs when the rest is missing from the buffet.

The room is the same as in the picture. The town is small, so you can walk to the centre. Location is good, but a bit far from the old city. It will take 15-20 min of walking. The beaches are also a bit far from the hotel, 10 min of walking.

When I checked out, the receptionist gave me a receipt. And they wrote that I am from China, though I gave them my passport during check in. A little offended, guys, pls learn more about other Asian countries, there are a ton of them.

We stayed in Hotel Su for 4 nights and we really enjoyed our stay. The stuff was very polite. Special thanks to cleaning ladies who cleaned our room perfectly every day and changed the towels daily. It was so nice to come back to our room and see everything organized and shining. The food was delicious and diverse. It is open buffet so there is something for everyone. On weekends there is a live music in the hotel restaurant, we enjoyed Victoria Loba singing. Previous night we went to sleep, we closed the balcony doors and it wasn't noisy although the music was live on the ground floor and we were on the 3rd floor. We got a bathroom bathtub like jacuzzi with massager and it was a pleasant surprise, we liked it so much!

We liked everything, it is just a suggestion - to maybe change a little bit a breakfast. For our 4 days there were always the same options, variety of meals, but always the same ones.

True 4 stars Hotel. Great, clean and modern rooms. Professional staff and good breakfast. Also free parking!
