Excellente localisation par rapport au musée et la forteresse, places de parking à profusion et très proches. Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée, idem salle de bain/douche, rangements OK .
Excellent petit déjeuner avec une très belle offre et un personnel disponible .
Un beau jardin est également accessible.
Pas grand chose ...L'aspect extérieur de l'hôtel est assez quelconque, mais une fois la porte passée, l'intérieur (salle de restaurant, hall), ... est vaste et meublé avec goût.

The hosts and staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very well looked after, modern, stylish, and spotlessly clean. Nice areas to relax inside and out, with a spacious garden and patio. Excellent bar and dining facilities. We had a lovely evening meal, and the breakfast selection was probably the best we've had in France. Great location for the area we wanted to explore.

Very friendly and welcoming hosts, very fine restaurant (delicious oysters!) for dinner, great breakfast. Very tastefully re-modelled, very spacious room, free parking out front, within a stone's throw to the fort and waterfront, and the laid-back attitude of Port-Louis (seaside harbour town) is felt everywhere, very relaxing! All in all a lovely location and very pleasant stay.
Not much, but if we have to mention something, the beds could use a topper to soften them up just a bit. But there really is nothing here to complain about!

I don't think i'll ever stay in this hotel ever again.
The rooms are too small, barely 12m² for a room called "superior" whereas the description indicated 18m².
Better not be claustrophobic, and above all, the price is disproportionate to the qualité of the room.
We were told that it was a problem of booking which charges too much and not of the hotel, i'm sceptical about that...
The staff is very average, it's not the friendliest I've came across in my life. The cleaning lady however, is very friendly and very professional.

The placement close to the beach was very good; easy walk to bathing. The breakfast was exceptional for France. There's a market outside some weekdays, which was a nice surprise. All in all a very relaxing hotel. We were late in arriving but everything was set up so it only took a short phone call to get our rooms.
There is a bit of a battle for parking, especially on market days.

The Suite was large and spacious. We had a top floor family suite. Newly remodeled.
Overall this was one of our best hotel experiences. The restaurant was able to accommodate us for dinner and the food - both the dinner and breakfast were lovely.

The location of the Hotel Restaurant Spa De La Citadelle Lorient is very nice - just a few minutes away from the ancient citadelle with its museums and just a few minutes away from a lovely beach at the Rade de Lorient with stunning sunsets.
Our room on the 3rd floor was spacious and offered nice views overlooking the Rade de Lorient. It was very clean and equipped with almost everything you need. All details are arranged and decorated with love and taste.
The staff was very polite and accomodative - prepared to assist in any way.
We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Restaurant Spa De La Citadelle Lorient and definitely would come back!

Nice hotel in the city center. Spacious room, bathroom and separate toilet. Good breakfast.
Absence of replenishment of missing food during breakfast. There was no wardrobe in the room.

Atmosphere. Excellent location close to the coast and to the village. Very quiet. Even on Saturdays when market is on. Beautiful modern but maritime design decoration.
