Magnifique villa correspondant parfaitement aux photos et descriptifs. Nous avons pleinement profité des superbes couchers de soleil depuis les terrasses, bercés par le bruit de l'océan. Propriétaire très sympathique, faisant tout pour que le séjour de ses hôtes soit des plus agréable et confortable. Seul bémol, la maison sur 4 niveaux et l'absence de système de sécurité pour la piscine peut rendre la maison inadaptée aux couples avec jeunes enfants. Nous pensons revenir aux beaux jours afin de profiter au mieux de la piscine et des magnifiques plages.

The villa was very spacious. As per other reviews it could do with some updating. Better Pillows and towels would be nicer. But has absolutely everything you need. Outlook to the beach and sea wonderful. Adelino was very helpful during the covid situation. Pool and games room were a huge hit with the family. Restaurants absolutely amazing nearby in Ericeria. However too far to walk for us. Very quick to get into Lisbon and spend a day. Great city. Loved our stay. Thank you !!

Villa was great and had everything we wanted. Yes it could do with a bit of TLC and the en suites are very small but it didn't impact our enjoyment; the pool was great. Ericeira old town is very pretty and if you surf like we do, it couldn't be better!

Lovely comfortable villa that would benefit from updating in areas. Write up bit misleading as further out of town than stated but ok for a peaceful stay and if you are able bodied and enjoy walking up and down hills! Beautiful views.

We had the most lovely warm welcome, thank you so much Rita when we arrived which was so nice after all the travelling. We loved the property which was great for our family of five ages 18,16 and 15. The games room was really enjoyed and I never looked at the TV once. It was clean and welcoming and the kitchen a great size and easy to use. The pool area was blissful .... all of it was and we would for sure go again. Great location for two beaches, quite a walk into to town which we all enjoyed and kept us fit. Stunning trail run if you headed North up the coast too. Handy supermarket close by was really useful for daily essentials. Rita was lovely and cam and changed sheets for us/cleaned as we stayed two weeks which was really worthwhile and also replaced the broken toaster we had highlighted. so kind. Love dit ... we will be back. Pool area was fab,

C est une très belle maison très bien située avec tout ce qu il faut et très bien décorée. La piscine et la salle de jeux sont vraiment appréciables. L accueil a été à la hauteur de la demeure : formidable ! Pour résumer rien à dire ! Un très bon séjour !

Although at first impressed by the space, amenities and games room, it soon became apparent that considering the price and what is advertised on the website, the standards did not match expectations. To start with, the website states that there are 4 'Cabine de hidromassagem'. However, there were only two of them and out of those, only one worked. I even had to secure one of the shower heads with an elastic band in order for it to stay up. Furthermore, the door to one of the ensuites came off on the first day, although this was fixed very promptly the next day by the lovely handyman, Mr Montez. To add to the problems though, the jacuzzi bath that is advertised also did not work and a lot of the locks to the bathrooms did not work either. We were also very disappointed with the pool, which we were told had been cleaned on the day that we arrived, but a few days in realised that the black sections at the bottom of the pool were actually piles of dirt and not discoloured tiles, as first thought. Mr Montez did come to the house a couple of times to vacuum this out, but unfortunately the dirt just came back again the next day. Mr Costa told us eventually that the filter was broken so it had to be replaced, but as he had to order the spare part, he told us Mr Montez could keep coming back to clean the pool each day instead. However, we felt that this would be a bigger inconvenience for us overall, as we would not be able to fully relax whilst the cleaning was being done. Finally, it is stated that the walk to the centre of Ericeira takes around 10 minutes, however, having done this walk myself and being a fast walker, it actually takes at least 20 minutes. You can however drive for a few minutes to a free car park and then have a short walk into town that way. Mr Costa was very responsive to my messages and did try to resolve some of the issues, but unfortunately we were left disappointed overall, as we expected a lot more from what was sold to us...

The house is very spacious, that is nice for a bigger family. The pool is fantastic. The basement is a treat. Especially on warm afternoons. In the evening you have a wonderful view over the ocean and you can enjoy the sunset. You can walk to the beach if you want to or to the village to the bakery, it is quite a walk but we loved it in the morning. The only thing that was not so good for us was the size of the beds, we are rather tall and the beds are 190cm. We would love to stay here again.

We hebben een erg fijne vakantie gehad met niet zo erg mooi weer maar dan nog is het zeer de moeite waard. In de omgeving zijn tal van mooie dingen te zien en leuke uitstapjes te maken. Ook in de speelkelder hebben we ons elke avond vermaakt. Echt geweldig wordt het als de zon er bij komt.

Local grocers were easy to find and well stocked.

Mooi huis, op een rustige locatie

My family varying in age from 18 months to mid 60s had a wonderful stay at this property. Our host Adelino was accommodating about our arrival and departure times. The property was spotless and well equipped. Given the layout of the house with so many steps it may not be suitable for small children.

Family holiday is a wonderful surfing town in a house which is superbly maintained, quiet, nice balconies with views of the sea, a lovely pool, easy parking and a kitchen which has everything you could need. The fantastic games room was a great hit with both kids and adults. Our host was very warm, welcoming and organised and the house was very clean. We also got great advice from our host on restaurants and places to see. We will be back - everyone loved it. Thank you for helping us have a great holiday.

For a quiet, relaxing holiday this is the place to go! The villa was just what we needed, it was clean, quiet and had very beautiful views. Is a beautiful farmhouse with lots of charming features and very spacious. Our favourite spot was the sunny terrace with its fantastic views of the sea, the games room, and the pool, and the large kitchen. The villa is located in urbanization five minutes from Ericeira, a very calm, beautiful place to rest, hear the waves of the sea, very calm and relaxing, I strongly recommend to anyone who wants to have a quiet holiday and relaxing. Thank you to the owner for the warm welcome, and for the many information, the places to visit, restaurants, and information about the beaches of Ericeira A trip to Ericeira and stay in this wonderful villa worth it. We just spent 2 weeks in this house, the first week with just our family and second with some friends and their children from the US. The house was perfect; lots of space for everyone, and the kids loved the games room in the basement. The adults just liked looking at the sea during mealtimes! The owners could not have been more helpful, and kindly checked us in quite late on a saturday night (having driven down from Galicia). The personalised booklet of things to do that was given to us on arrival was a very nice touch. As for the area - which we had never been to before - we loved it. Great beaches, very friendly people, and the town centre was full of very reasonable restaurants and had a lovely atmosphere (helped by various nationalities watching world cup matches outside every evening). Surf was great too - the house is a 10 minute walk from Ribeira d'Ilhas, a famous surf spot. All in all, Ericeira is a great holiday destination, and it helped that we were in probably the best house we ever stayed in. We hope to come back. McGann Family (Ireland)

Our holiday was wonderful, the house is very well situated in a quiet area for a perfect rest, and also near everything to fully enjoy the holidays. I really enjoyed the big and well equipped kitchen for meal preparation, the BBQ out on the terrace was perfect for cocking both fish and meat, the pool was clean and much fun for everyone, the equipment in all the rooms clean and well kept, is perfect, the covered terrace in front of the pool is very cosy and attractive, and a complete view of the sea, the table table tennis, the snoker, table football game, in the game room, was perfect for family challenges, there was always some place to sit if you wanted your privacy as well as lot of room everyone together. It is very important to me that had to be contactable, the villa had Wi-fi internet Wireless Even private parking was available, it was easy to park the car outside on the street, which made it easier for us with three cars, we didn’t have to move cars before we could leave when we had separate activities The owner helped us with everything and we'll always be grateful for his kindness to our party. was very friendly and gave a personalized guide with all the information about what to see, and everything you need to know, so you have a good holiday. If you are wanting peace and quiet, a lovely clean spacious Villa with excellent facilities this is the place for you I highly recommend this villa for your stay in Ericeira. Very good .. ! The terrace has a wonderful panoramic view, which is a wonderful place to sit and watch the sun sink into the sea. The pool was larger than expected is fantastic, we appreciated having our own private pool. We also appreciated the outdoor barbecue, and we are eating on the porch with the view wonderful of the sea in front .. My kids ( Grommett ) they liked the pool and games room, and the villa is close to the Ribeira de Ilhas beach where they were going to practice Surf. Perfect... Even for a large family, which fits the description like a glove. Very quiet environment where you will surely feel like home . With stunning views of the sea and beautiful sunset. We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa in Ericeira. A lovely place. We definitely recommend 100%
