The breakfast was good. The staff were very nice and helpful. Location was good too.
The hotel room was not well-planned. It had no windows. One balcony was there but it was extremely dirty. The toilet was also cramped. The appliances were quite old.

They offered a bed on which my half of the body was out from bed, too costly food, and nobody is appologetic for the bad experience

The hotel is at a good location, the staffs are well behaved, room was neat and clean, infact very well maintained. The only part that needs improvement is the complimentary breakfast. I truly didnt like the spread and the taste of the food. It needs improvement. The stay was otherwise good.

Front desk staff and AC temperature during the night. It almost stops cooling. I don't know how. I have seen this here as this was my 3rd stay within 2 years

Toilet flush button came out. Complained about this at reception while leaving in the morning on the first day; however on coming back in the evening found that it was not repaired. Again had to complain after a tiring day and had to wait till it got repaired.

The facilities staff checked in for room-cleaning etc. continually and that was good. They were courteous.
The food at Sonnet is not great. Very very limited breakfast menu and it is like some bed and breakfast place with similar menu being repeated at breakfast each day.
I'd also like to mention a room-service staff called Souvik here who is especially loud and disturbing even though he sees that the guest is on work calls which is definitely not appreciated. On my last day there, while I had not called for room service he came to the room looking for his colleague. It is just not appropriate to have someone like him as a room-service staff. I'm hoping feedback is passed on to the staff and action is taken.
