You park your car and stay at the hotel until checkout. Everything you need is provided given that you book an all inclusive stay. Staff is really kind from day one to checkout, food is always available and it is of good quality and diversity. Very good for families with kids (probably not nice for young couples) Sunset bar and the moonlight restaurant at the 5th floor are pleasant places to be at sunset, nice landscape from the terrace.

Too crowded during the weekend, day-users blend with hotel guests, the food courts are packed with people walking all around and it gets really hard to chill, it’s a stressful situation. Sunday’s better than Saturday, and the week days are fairly ok. Dinner must be done early in the evening otherwise you’re gonna find queues at the restaurant door and have to wait some minutes to get inside. The beds. They definitely need new mattresses.

The only thing that was decent with this hotel was the mattress.

Where do I start? The air conditioning didn't work, they tried to cover it up by saying that we didn't use the thermostat properly, but later on, admitted they were having air conditioning problems. The food was bland, nothing was labeled, so you had no idea what you were eating. Not helpful for someone with food allergies or someone who can not eat pork. The food was cold, but hey they have a microwave for you to warm it up if you would like. Honestly, a microwave to warm up food that is supposed to be made fresh, guess that means the food is cooked way before it is placed out on the buffet table. The room had lights that didn't work. The shower head was full of mold. We were scheduled to stay for 4 nights, but due to the air conditioning not working appropriately, we chose to only stay 1 night because we had no choice. We did get a refund for the 3 nights, but honestly, we deserve a full refund.

Rooms have everything you need, are fairly large and convenient. The pools are large and offer enough space / loungers. Different dinner theme every evening. Great cocktails and quality spirits offered in all inclusive package.

It's a mass hotel, let's be honest about this. It you are looking for a 5-star (romantic) getaway, this isn't it. Also, the gym is tiny, the equipment there is old, and not well maintained. Access to the indoor pool and spa costs extra and is not worth the fee. The internet coverage is not great and at peak times quite slow.

Everything was close by. Restaurant, pool, reception, bar, etc. Nice pool for the small kids to play, with sliding, was a great plus for us too. A small playground and mini golf next to kids pool provided alternatives for kids entertainment. Also nice with the train to the beach.

There were plenty of things that disappointed, especially when this is supposedly a 5 star reaort. Will put a short list: 1. The service at the buffet restaurant was not good. Almost always late to open (if it was opening at 12.30 for lunch, it would open 12.35 or 12.40). Even though people would be waiting at the door, everyone worked slow and ignored the waiting people. 2. Not really well clean. In 10 days stay the sheets on the sofa bed were not changes 3. The choice of food in the restaurant. Too little choices of vegetables, and not really great quality. 4. All inclusive, but for instance a simple dispenser of sodas was not available. If you wanted a drink during the day, even if a simple sofa, you would need to queue in the only outdoor bar. 5. Getting to the restaurant and missing cutlery to take food or having beer or sangria dispensers empty...being the first customer in. Then waiting 10 mins for issue to be fixed 6. Bad light in the room. Room was dark, definitely could have a review of the interior design/architecture when it comes to lighting.

Only three minors: 1. The quantity of food was more than enough, but we would enjoy having more diversity in the lunch/dinner buffet 2. The fun team for the kids needs to be more proactive 3. The gym didn't have any cardio machines working.

the pools (apart from the children’s pool) we’re quite deep. you couldn’t socialise or have a drink etc in the pool, purely for swimming. the food that was available was nice, however nowhere near as much choice as any other all inclusive I have been too. there is also no snack bar near the pool which is handy especially is you have children.

The staff was polite and friendly and there were some nice entertainment possibilities for children.

For a 5 star hotel we were expecting better food. A refreshing is needed throughout the property. You see things which are not anymore in shape. Maintenance needs to be improved. There was very loud music till 11:00 pm every day making it difficult to put children to sleep before that hour.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Very nice location . Super place for family vacation with small children. Selection in buffet was very tasty and good . Frech baby soup and puree was nice suprise.
