Sengene var rene og behagelige

Der var ulækkert og beskidt i køleskabet hvor der stod en halvtom cola. Toilettet lugtede af urin, bruseren var i stykker, bestik og kopper var beskidte, ruderne var fyldt med fedtede fingre, rullegardinerne var fyldt med store huller, sofaen var beskidt og klam.

La ubicación y que tiene fácil aparcamiento.

Busqué varios apartamentos hasta que encontré triple con 3 camas pero nos dieron 2 camas y un sofá cama que se notaba cada muelle. Si hubiera sabido que no me darían 3 camas, habría elegido otro alojamiento.

Perfect little apartment. Had everything we needed. Nice and warm for 2 weary travellers and the bed was SO comfortable! Right over the road was a fab little patisserie and a krönan store, ideal for essentials, and only 10 mins away from sky lagoon and 15 mins from grötta lighthouse

We where right next to the entrance/exit, so all we heard where people stamping the snow off their shoes 🫣 front of the apartment was a wall of glass, not really necessary as being on the ground floor you had to keep the curtains closed anyway to stop people from looking in. The room seemed to be missing a curtain panel, which let the light in from outside, over the entrance/exit at night. We did request 2 single beds, as it was me and my sister travelling, but got a king size bed with 2 duvets. Only small things but would make a big difference

essendo in inverno, dove tutto fuori è bagnato, ogni volta entravi e sporcavi il tappetto all'ingresso, sarebbe stato utile un tappeto davanti alla porta dell'alloggio od all'interno per non sporcare=bagnare il pavimento. Essendo alloggi in autogestione sarebbe utile dotare di attrezzi per la pulizia, scopa, mocho.... il livello di pulizia in generale...sotto il divano, più controllo, saranno secoli che non si fa pulizia! la cucina è attrezzata d stoviglie ecc...un po' più di attenzione sulla distribuzione utile di posate, piatti, bicchieri ecc. nella misura dei posti letto. Il letto è per acrobati o perlomeno giovani o agili, essendo incastrato in uno spazio a misura del materasso, l'accesso è limitato al solo lato corto, non è possibile girarci attorno e non è attrezzato con nessun comodino=mensola accanto. PECCATO

Molto confortevole e la zona era perfetta con Market e bar proprio di fronte come anche il parcheggio gratis e le Sky lagoon a 5 km. All interno l appartamento ha tutto asciugamani e prodotti per la doccia con asciugacapelli O letti comodissimi Anche se non abbiamo visto nessuno dei proprietari sono molto presenti con messaggi e info Check in e out automatico con box chiavi

Il bagno senza finestra e la doccia si allagava un po’ Poi la puzza di zolfo della acqua calda ma sarà così per tutta la vacanza

Good location, next to two supermarkets. Relatively good value for money for Iceland. Linens and towels were clean. Basic requirements were provided such as shampoo, toilet paper, dish washing liquid, paper towels.

Outdated facilities in general. The bathroom has some mold. There are limited utensils in the kitchen. For example, there was only one knife which was very blunt. Missing shelves in fridge door meant there was nowhere to keep an open milk container (in Iceland milk comes in tetra-packs with no lids). We didn’t have hot water one day due to a fault.

The property was lovely, and in a great location! The staff were super quick to respond to any of our questions. Was overall a very pleasant stay!

There was a stain on the pull out bed mattress topper.

Die Lage war super, die Ausstattung war absolut ausreichend. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ging per Email relativ schnell, Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, Check-In und Check-Out per Schlüsselbox unkompliziert. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat uns im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften hier wirklich gut gepasst.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und bei unserem ersten Aufenthalt hatten wir Blick aufs Meer. Die Kommunikation mit den Unterkunftgebern funktionierte einwandfrei - bekamen selbst am Abend und in der Nacht von Antworten auf unsere Nachrichten.

Die Tür zum Zimmer klemmte etwas und die Ausstattung im Zimmer war immer unterschiedlich (im ersten Zimmer hatten wir ein Schneidbrett, im zweiten Zimmer nicht, außerdem gab es im zweiten Zimmer keinen Schrank).

Die Zimmergrösse für 2 Personen ist gut. Die Betten sind gut. Die Lage zwecks Besuch der Lavafelder bei Grindavik oder zur Weiterfahrt an den Flughafen ist gut.

Zu lärmig, da Zimmer auf Seite Autobahn, was auf dem online Foto nicht ersichtlich ist! Die Fotos entsprachen allgemein nicht unserem Appartement. Die Bedienung der Kochplatten ist schwierig da Beschriftung der Knöpfe zur Steuerung fehlt. 3 Betten jedoch Geschirr und Besteck nur für 2 Pers.

Very privacy

Location was great, close to highway for easy entry to take day trips. A grocery store next door and one across the street. A great cafe a block away.

Pictures are misleading, the rooms are less comfortable and not very clean, showers drain slowly and we needed to stop mid-shower to let it drain so it does not flood the bathroom. There is no staff on site and help is hard to get. We arrived after midnight and found out the code given to unlock the key box was not working. Got a hold of someone within 5 minutes but unable to help after she wanted me to punch the box and retry the code and some other new code a million times. Eventually got a new room (untidy and in need of some work) after over an hour wait. We had to switch yet to a new smaller room due to untidiness and broken fridge, was not given back the price difference. I would not return here.

There was no curtains like on the photos in booking, only ruined screens. No lists on the fluors. Ruined door in the kitchen and so on. Mold in the shower. I can send photos!!!!

The stay was very comfortable and clean! We had everything we needed for our stay and the communication was very clear and concise.

We did not have any silverware to eat with.
