The staff is very nice and helpfull. The room was big and nice, with comfortable beds. The lunch and dinner with tasty food.

Breakfast - the worst omlet ever -full of water or /and oil and the wursts looks very old.

The price/ value is good.The staff is very friendly and helpful.

We asked for two neighbouring non-smoking rooms, but we got two rooms far away from each other and one of them was bad smell smoky. we wrote to Booking, then we got new room near the other.We were first floor, it was very noisy.

Very friendly and helpful staff at reception and F&B We had 3 rooms and travelling with two infants ( 2 & 4 Years old ). It was so helpful that we were able to check in early. Very good drinks at the pool bar from the guy Storjan. We had a 6 pm flight back to Germany and were allowed to wait in the hotel premises. Nice cleaning lady.

The stuff was great, location is close to the seaside but also has a pool. Food was diverse and changed from day to day.

Anton (manager) and Helin Velieva (reception) were very kind to us since our first contact. We asked for early check in and later check out because our flight back was in the evening and Anton was very helpful. Helin and all girls working in the restaurant and pool bar were always smiling and being kind. Bedroom was a good size and they have 3 single beds, different of most hotel that offer sofa-bed. The cleaner lady (5floor) was very pleasant too.

Well, maybe an improve at the restaurant meals would be welcome.
