Everything!!! The villa is as shown in the pictures. Everything in the villa is VERY clean and of great quality. The staff look into all the details and we’re very impressed with that! View from the bed is breathtaking. We had massage on the sun bed outside the villa, which is awesome as well! Listening to the sound of nature while having massage done, is really what we need from the hectic city life. Staff are all very polite and helpful. Buggy is available all the time to bring us back to the villa. We LOVE the private pool villas at Civilai Hill Khao Yai and will definitely be back again!

Beautiful property in a beautiful location. Property very well decorated and mostly it’s what I expected.

One of the golf cart drivers (an older man) just seemed like he was perpetually in a bad mood never offering even an attempt at smiling even as we smiled at him to thank him. The pool villa I ordered was advertised as having a heated pool but staff informed me it’s not heated. The Jacuzzi is in a shaded area making the water very cold all day and thus unusable. Finally the eggs on the first morning tasted strange so we decided not to eat them. There is also no selection of pillows as you would expect in a high end place like this so I found mine too high. A selection of a high and low one like those found in good 4 and 5 star hotels would be appreciated I am sure. And please train your cart drivers. They are the first point of contact with your client even before the wonderful people at reception and also the people your client sees first thing in the morning to go out. I’m sure a bit of a smile cannot be that hard!

Great place to stay. Staff are really very pleasant people. Rooms are good. heated swimming pool is great.

Everything ran very professionally and smoothly. Attention to detail was great. We have a one year old daughter and were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find a little tent filled with play balls, set up in the living room overlooking the heated pool.
