A passable place to have an overnight stay when travelling by. Very, very modest. A coffee machine and a small kitchen in the room was a very useful detail.

We had the best night's sleep EVER! Room was extremely quiet and we had window and door open all night. Very comfortable and clean.

If you try to find hotel’s location according adress in google.maps the pin is in different point, several hundred metres from original point. So, we had lots of stress when came in the late evening and it took 1 hour for us to clarify how to find the hotel.

Very clean, spacious, suitable for ppl with disabilities.

Enormous room with small tiny bed 140cm Shower has a limited hot water capacity.. There is no where this is labeled. Had the pleasure of taking a freezing shower. The room was big enough for 3 bed. It. Pisses me off beyond that there is the world smallest bed that is supposed to be for 2 ppl. Me and my wife are tall ppl. I can understand this in Japan or London where space is limited. This is just being stingy. I hate hotels that have the 'it's good enough' mentality. Well my rating is good enough aswell.

We liked the unusual combination of residence and hotel. A very quiet location where you can even see the stars. A very large and clean room with all that's necessary if you want to do your own cooking. Just what we were looking for.

We stay here often on our way to and from The Ardeche. Lovely, comfortable, clean apartments with a nearby park area for an evening stroll. Great as always@!

The location was excellent, very easy to find and even better right next to a well laid out park for our dog. The staff were very friendly and our apartment was spotlessly clean. Quiet, good parking, a lift for our elderly hound.

A large open plan room which included basic cooking facilities, I was able to produce a hot dinner for us. The room, bathroom and kitchenette was basic but clean and functional. The bed itself was a standard double, we are accustomed to Super-kingsize but not a problem. The weather was scorching hot probably in excess of 35 degs! If we had not travelled with our own fan we would have been extremely uncomfortable and most unhappy as the room did not have air-conditioning! We travel with our dog he was happy with the cooler tiled floor rather than carpet. The receptionist on duty when we checked out was immensely helpful to us sorting our next destination on the car starts-nav, even though she was rushed off her feet.

The "Hotel" appeared to be running primarily as a home for retired people who could also get medical help onsite. Guests like us and residents used the same facilities which all came as a surprise to us. It seems to work. Lots of surrounding grounds to walk in part of the grounds used by the public.

This place is like an old folks home with spare rooms. Very weird.... No problems, and plenty to recommended staying in a hospital/old folks home - like spacious corridors, lifts, cleanliness etc.

Not a holiday place - felt like we were in a remake of 'Cocoon' . Did wonder why the room was available.....

We have stayed many times in these appartments. They are comfortable, clean and quiet. We return several times a year on our journeys to and from The Ardeche.

Location was very quiet being in a residential estate. The building is partly used as an old people home which limits use of the reception area but the rooms are a very good size so we could all get into one room for an evenings chat / drink etc.

Not the fault of the hotel as I booked the location but it is a bit remote from the main town. That said, it was only the heat wave that stopped us walking the 2km to the main town.

We have stayed here many times and will continue to do so. The studio apartments are quiet, comfortable and equipped for simple cooking and dining....ideal when travelling. Arrangements for picking up the key, the code for the building etc are very straightforward and completely stress-free....this is ideal and necessary at the end of a long day of travelling. The surroundings are lovely and the town of Moulins is within easy reach for anyone wanting to explore and/or eat out. Lovely town and worth staying longer for if you have time.

We have been staying here for a number of years on our way to and from the Ardeche region of France and always enjoy our stay....the studio apartments are quiet, clean and comfortable. We always know what to expect and we are never disappointed. Plenty of hot water for showers and the en suite bathrooms are spacious and clean. There is a small kitchen area with a table and chairs, a fridge and a couple of hotplates for cooking. There is always a sofa, TV, coffee table in the seating area plus a comfortable bed. There is a lovely woodland area immediately nearby to walk in....great if you've been travelling all day!!

This accomodation delivers exactly what it says it will and there is nothing to criticise. It's why we have been staying here for a number of years and will keep going back!!

Quiet. Very quiet.

The room had cigarette smell even if the no smoking sign was visible on the wall. The patio rollers were shut and not working, couldn't even lift it up to have more fresh air in the room and use the veranda as advertised on the website. The reception replied that the previous guest did not inform them about this upon check out(like it was the guest's responsibility to inform them) and their maintenance is off till Monday. The hotel was fully booked so no other room available.

Quiet, comfortable studio in good location. We have stayed here before and like it very much.

Tends to be very warm in summer months so air con. would be a real advantage.

Air conditioning not great but a fan was provided. The fridge wasn't working but I noticed that it had been turned off at the fuse box.
