Bliskość do morza, widok z okna. Czyste przestronne mieszkanie. Przepiękny taras na zewnątrz. Super wyposażenie. Stylowo urządzone, przytulne pokoje. Każdy pokój ma swoją łazienkę i toaletę co przy wyjeździe rodzinym stanowi duże udogodnienie.

great see view - cosy, well furnished and designed house - well equiped kitchens, both inside and outside - showers, toilets and air conditioning in every room - the house was very special and we always looked forward to come back after long day out to spend time there - friendly and helpfull owners - close to the see and to the restaurants and shops

- sometimes I would wake up from the noice coming out from the bar next door which I understand that during seasson and with the house situated on promenade is understantable and we knew that this could be the case - the beach in front the house is very nice and clean but there are many big rocks where we have injured ourselves a few times especially when there were waves but there are very nice beaches a few meters next to the house or on the both sides of Gradac where is easy and quite short to walk, even with the kids

Nice and clean with a great atmosphere and beautiful view from windows and balcony. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The luxury of taking a shower outside after a morningswim.

You might hear the neighborhood beach bar until early morning

the house was very nicely furnished, and it had all amenities. We were two families with grown-up children, so it was very nice that every room had its own toilet and shower. The view is splendid, and the house is only a few meters away from a small supermarket and lots of bars and restaurants. The hosts are very helpful and friendly.

We stayed in the house end July, beginning of August, and sometimes we had some noise at night from the bar just up the street, but I figure that's the downside of being right by the sea and where all the action is...

What is there not to like? :) the communication with the owners was great and they were always super responsive and nice! The house is located in a quiet city/village, which is not particularly fancy, but is cute and offers everything you need. The prices in the city are very affordable and the food in local restaurants is good and fresh! There is also a very nice walking path that connects the cities along the Makarska riviera and is perfect for evening strolls or rides with bikes. The house is located just across the beach, it is spacious, beautifully and tastefully furnished (everything looks exactly like in the pictures) and well equipped in such a way you actually don’t need to bring anything! We were happy to see all kinds of cooking equipment and even spices, oil and honey! There is even everything for washing and ironing clothes. We loooved the terrace and kitchenette outside - we basically spent almost the entire time there. :) This place is perfect for a big family/two families (it is ideal for small children!) or 4 couples - we couldn’t recommend it more and we hope we will be able to return next year!

Not really a negative, but perhaps worth mentioning for people that are more sensitive about such things - the house is located next to a bar and you can hear music in the night, although never very late.
