Very nice view and comfortable couch. Flat was very well equipped, great location, close to the beach and restaurants. Clean and quiet

Wifi would be a plus, also Google maps was not able to find the exact location of the flat, because of which we had also troubles finding proper parking - some pictures of the building, entrance, even on satellite map, would help a lot

Location, great view over the sea and Trouville beach, plenty of free parking spaces, nice host

Uncomfortable sofa bed, lack of storage for clothes, difficult to access kitchen sink, badly proofed windows (against noise and cold)

The matress was not to our liking

It is is next to the see with superb see view. The apartment is cosy, nicely decorated and clean. There was oil, salt and all kind of basic ingredients in the kitchen, this was appreciated a lot. Also there was a jet ski rental office in the basement and small grocery shop. There are many restaurants in walking distance, the beach is also close. The owners were very nice and flexible, when we asked to check out earlier they were there immediately.

The bed. It was a convertible couch actually and for us it was not completely plain like our bed at home. The other small inconvenience was that for us the floor was a bit cold. While this could be very handy on a hot summer day, but the weather during our stay was not so hot (16 Celsius degree in the morning). The reason of the cold floor could be that the apartment was on the 3rd floor, but there is a passage beneath it, not another apartment.

The location is superb with views of the marina and the sea beyond
