Very quite location, 5 minutes walk to the the beach, local restaurants are 5-10 minutes walk, large supermarket also nearby. the "Strip" is around 15 minutes walk or 10 minutes if you go along the beach. The pool area is very clean, washed down every day around dawn. A lot of "older" people seem to live here, makes it very peaceful, not the place to go with children.

The sun loungers could do with an upgrade, but I understand that this would have to be in agreement to all owners of the apartments/to meet the purchase and payment. Just make sure you have beach towels to put on the loungers.

It was about a 20 minute walk into Corralejo centre so a bit further than we thought looking at the maps, bathroom kept flooding would suggest upgrading shower as was rusty

The gardens were immaculate and the pool was very clean.

The wi fi connection was appalling, and in this day and age, is not acceptable. The network Apertamentos Fuerteventura was non existent, and the only advice I was given was to scan the QR code. Unfortunately, at my age, I have no idea how to do that. I only had to walk a. Few hundred meters down the road and the internet connection was perfect. Secondly, when I booked my holiday with you, I booked to stay at the Luxury Cayetana beach club. When I tried to get a taxi to take me there, no one had heard of it! All the correspondence I received was from Cayetana Beach. Eventually, I found a taxi with sat nav. The driver took me to Avenida Fuerteventura, but there was Cayetana Beach club to be found. Just by chance, I went into the surf shop, and the lady who worked there was very helpful and managed to get hold of the host. Up until that point, I had no idea that I would be staying at a residential site known as Las Dunas. So, there was no bar and no shop on site. Had I known this, I would not have booked my holiday. The information you sent me was very misleading.

We liked quiet surroundings and the pool area with no music . The bed was very comfortable and the Wi-Fi was good. We also enjoyed the walk to the dunes beaches which helped us recover from overeating in the resort. The dunes beaches are beautiful. Communication with the host was prompt and efficient. We would definitely consider booking these apartments again when we return to Corralejo.

Nothing. It’s a bit of a walk to the Main Street area of Corralejo, but we liked that as it helped with our over indulgence but some people may be put off by it, ( there are plenty of taxis ) There are bars, shops and restaurants local to the complex ( 5/10 mins walk ), which are good too.

Location- close to restaurants, beaches etc but away from main town. Simply furnished but comfortable. Great view of the pool.

Really calm part of Corralejo, 20 min walking distance to the Port. Small shopping centre with few restaurants 200m from the apartments. Quite nice and big pool surrounded by beautiful gardens. Lots of greenery around apartments. Cool place for holiday in Corralejo.

WiFi could be better but worked fine for basic needs.

Sauberkeit unzureichend, Wäschewechsel erst nach 7 Tagen, kein Abfalleimer im Bad, Toilettenpapier wurde nicht nachgefüllt ( wie im Campingurlaub in Italien mussten wir uns selbst kaufen!), Allgemeinzustand sehr nachlässig gepflegt! Trotz Receiver und Tv "angeblich" keine internationalen Sender vorhanden. Schlimmer Zustand des Gym (Geräte ohne Strom und gefährlich mies)

Few things could be much better/improved to give it 10/10 Plug points, the apartment has so few it was a pain trying to charge phones, iPads, plug in straighteners etc A shelf in the bathroom, nowhere to store make up etc in the bathroom. These little things are annoying but easily fixed. The balcony got no sun whatsoever, not sure if it’s because it’s January but I would have thought it’d catch it at some point but totally in the shade so couldn’t sit out at all, that would really bother me in the summer as we like to sit for breakfast or an evening wine etc.

A little far out, so probably not suited to people with mobility issues who want to get into the centre of town. On arrival it was dark and it was a bit tricky finding the right apartment as the outside lights weren’t working so you couldn’t make out the number. No attended reception

Nos gustó todo la verdad, en caso de volver a Corralejo repetiríamos. Era lo que buscabamos.

El alojamiento estaba muy limpio, pero, había hormiguitas pequeñas en la cocina, cosa que no podíamos dejar comida, y el techo lleno de arañitas que tuvimos que quitarlas el primer día .

La urbanización es muy bonita. La cama comoda, dos almohadas de diferentes grosores. La piscina con las hamacas esta genial. La ubicación bastante bien.

De las 3 noche que estuvimos, 2 hubo ruidos de vecinos a pesar de que hay unas normas de silencio a horas determinadas. Pero eso la cumpa no de los propietarios sino de los inquilinos que no tienen educación o no se dan cuenta de que molestan.

In 5 giorni non sono mai stati cambiati gli asciugamani. Il bagno avrebbe bisogno di un aggiornamento. Wi-Fi praticamente inservibile, cadeva sempre la connessione.

Otilia was very helpful with the online check in and always responded quickly to my messages. She gave me all the information I required via WhatsApp. The apartment was basic but was very well equipped. It was very clean (not many insects at all!) and had a wonderful view of the large pool. The apartment complex was quiet and well looked after, with the maintenance team cleaning the pool and pool area every morning. The garden around the complex was also beautiful with gardeners tending it every day. There was a handy shop next to the entrance to the apartment complex offering excursions, bike rental as well as selling clothing. There was a shopping centre with a clock tower only 10 minutes walk away with supermarket, clothes shops, restaurants and bars. Walk to the centre of town was about 30/40 minutes away but you could reach the beach within 10 minutes and have a lovely walk to town via the beaches.

The bed could have been more comfortable with a thicker mattress but it was ok. I found the pool a little cold but most people didn’t seem to mind and went straight in to swim.

Die Lage ist super. Die Anlage insgesamt ist sehr gepflegt, die Organisation war freundlich, schnell und zuverlässig. Es gibt öffentliche Parkplätze praktisch vor der Tür. Nette Nachbarn, sehr ruhig, toller Pool. Die Ausstattung ist gut und absolut ausreichend, allerdings ist die Waschmaschine vorsintflutlich, so dass es uns nicht geglückt ist, ein Kurzwaschprogramm für die Handtücher ausfindig zu machen.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem Appartement. Das Sofa ist schon beim ersten Mal durchgesessen gewesen, jetzt „sackt“ ein durchschnittlich schwerer Mann fast auf den Boden. Das Badezimmer weist deutliche Gebrauchsspuren auf (Duschkopf angerostet, Fugen schwarz und bröckelig) und insgesamt müffelt es im Bad, da scheint was mit den Leitungen nicht richtig zu sein).

Lugar ideal para desconectar y descansar. Era muy silencioso a pesar de estar todo completo. A las afueras de Corralejo,pero muy cerca en coche el cual lo puedes dejar en las inmediaciones sin necesidad de pagar.

Great value for money! Property was a bit dated but clean and had all we needed. Love the fact that the pool was just outside the apartment. Very quiet and well kept residence and staff was replying very fast to any enquiry I had via WhatsApp

There were few ants on the kitchen, we couldn’t leave any food out. Gym was very old and basic, not really able to workout. If you like to go out at night is A bit far from Corralejo centre. 30min walk, so we had always to get taxis . No AC or fan in the apartment.

Sympathique résidence, terrasse agréable, facile de se garer.

Bâtiment peu isolé phoniquement et nous entendions donc beaucoup de bruits y compris la nuit. Certains équipements faisaient un peu daté et la localisation de l'appartement dans l'allée d'accès à divers bâtiments nous forçait à garder les rideaux fermés pour avoir de l'intimité, domage...

Posizione, piscina, wifi top e materasso comodo.

Premetto che ci eravamo già stati l’anno scorso, ma in un altro appartamento. Quest’anno invece ci è stato dato l’appartamento 101, dove ve la sconsiglio vivamente. Posizione sulla strada, all’entrata della struttura e troppo rumorosa dovuta alla finestra sulla strada. Era impossibile tenere le finestre aperte per mancanza di zanzariere o tapparelle. Entravano scarafaggi e zanzare. Poi non avendo l’aria condizionata (avevamo un mini ventilatore che non faceva manco un po d’aria), faceva un caldo atroce (appunto perchè non si poteva nemmeno tenere le finestre aperte). Mancanza di appendini, macchie ovunque, appartamento veramente tenuto male tutto rovinato. Mi dispiace veramente mettere una recensione negativa, perchè adoro questa struttura.

The pool.

The flat was absolutely in bad shape and dirty. The mattress gave us a terrible back-ache. The sofa was stained. The boiler was rusty and so were the chairs from the balcony. The worst of it was that we discovered that the water coming out of the faucet was brown, probably because the water heater was too old and rusty.
