The location was fantastic and especially with its own parking which is quite rare in Port Isaac. The sea view was lovely from the living room window and being able to see Doc Martins house from the attic bedroom. The house had everything you could need for your stay and had a homely feeling.
The double bed in the main bedroom creaked so much it kept us awake. We had to use the single beds in a smaller bedroom to get any sleep as they creaked less. The shower leaks and a more thorough clean would have been great.

Kitchen was a bit small for 7 of us to eat. Table had to be pulled out and pushed back in - minor problem.
Parking ok but no one next door so could have allowed our friends, who came with us, to park there.

Great location. Very quaint and comfey beds. Appreciated the milk, tea and biscuits left for our arrival.
Travelling from Australia it was a shock to realise after the booking was made that we were expected to bring our own bath towels. That was very inconvenient and, as linen is washed anyway. we found it hard to justify this stance by the owners.

Perhaps you could consider in your information that towels are not provided EXCEPT for overseas guests. I enquired if this was possible did not receive a reply & carted towels all the way from Australia only to discover that they were provided !!!! A hair dryer would have been handy
