Clean, comfortable, great location. Lovely view having breakfast on the balcony.

Next door neighbour’s side lights aimed straight into bedrooms all night. Felt like daytime.

Location was perfect The unit it self was ok, just the management.

In the Booking.com was a message in the last picture frame saying " no linen no towels" we took our own, also we took our pillows as we normally we do. We made the bed with our own linen and placed the towel in the bathroom. There were not tea towel and washing products There was DVD Player but no remote control Was a roll a toilet paper almost finished, no spare, we bought a packet The street number suposed to be 19-21, but someone removed the number 19 only shows 21 on the wall Later we found out that the green bag left in the livingroom in the corner was for us, had all the bed linen, towels and tea towel etc, but you have to pay $30 dollars if we want the bed made, but I did not see any message to this effect in Booking.com. We do a lot of travelling and we had never encount this type of option, news to us. We have to be more aware who we book with next time.

Superb location. Very central to restaurants, cafes, Country Club and lots of beaches. Great views. Nicely decorated and comfortable.

Window locks on high windows need to be removed for better airflow as no airconditioning available.

This 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for our family of 4. Comfy beds, kitchen well equipped, nice view and close to beach.

A coffee machine was about the only thing missing from the kitchen.

Couldn't have asked for a better location, the apartment was a good size for a small family. Close to the beach and some small shops. I will certainly be booking again to take my family.

The unit did contain fans in the main bedroom and living though there was no air conditioner, the kids room only has a tower fan and the room got a bit warm in the afternoon sun, during the summer the unit would be very hot and hard to cool down. The carpark is ideally suited for small cars however my SUV did partially fit into the park with the mirrors tucked in and all passengers out before the car was parked. The only thing I think would need to be tweaked would be the cleaning supplies for the kitchen, we needed to wash up and there was no cloth or pad, and a small amount of dish soap -there was enough for the small amount we had but not much more and extra bin liners would have been very handy. Overall a great little place!

Across the road from the beach & 2 mins walk to the Shoalbay restaurants and shops. Very quiet & peaceful location. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony watching the ocean, though the building to the side ruins the view a bit. Enjoyed ducking down to the beach with the little one for a swim & sand play followed by ice-cream.

Parking spot is tiny, so had to park in the back street. Got lucky with finding a free street park. The property is not well lit at night when walking up to the foyer door. Also the timer lights in the staircase was not working, so had to make do with our mobile phone light, that is very unsafe especially when you have a toddler in tow. The unit felt stuffy being a warmer weekend and dusty. I had to wipe down the fans before turning on as they were full of dust (my wife suffers from dust allergies). Could use an aircon unit or 2 to keep cool in the warmer nights as the fans didn't help much. Bathroom was ok, but not cleaned to our high standard. Spare room had a very worn out mattress which I found out from sitting on it to dress my child, used it as a change room . Main bedroom had clean sheets which we had to make our own bed, I don't mind but would be nice not to have to make a bed after a 4 hrs drive. Again dusty blinds, dusty over bed hanging deco.

The onsite parking was tiny and the unit has no AC which might be an issue in summer
