Brilliant accommodation in Los Cancajos. Lovely welcome. Fantastic apartment - totally clean, spacious, nice view. Relaxing. Pool to enjoy. Proximity to the coastal walks. Breakfast was fantastic - so much quality and variety. Very highly recommended!!

Nice apartment complex with good pool and excellent breakfast buffet. Helpful staff on reception….good recommendations and service. Central location in tourist centre of Los Cancajos close to bus stop and some restaurants. Near airport and island capital for onward connections.
A bit more expensive than some other places but reasonable value given facilities.

Check inn with security at midnight. Only 10 min. drive from ferryharbour. Easy to find. A friendly 'little village'
Breakfast is fine and in pleasant area.

Only one night available. Stayed too short to really enjoy. Pool was looking great.
But very convenient for us because of arrival of ferry so late.

All requests were fulfilled right away. Personnel was very kind. The location and the neighbourhood are fantastic. Breakfast and dinner was awesome.
There were some cockroaches, but pest control staff took care of it immediately. The internet was quite bad, but this was due to tropical storm Hermine, if I understood correctly.

Nice helpful staff was the best part of our stay, good location, great to have the car hire option. Varied breakfast buffet with sea view and fresh fruits. Very large double bed.
The apartment was dated and not well maintained. Dark and not well ventilated, should have a fan as default. Fixtures were cheap or worn out, stained sofa really needs new cover. No dish soap or dish cloth. Coffee at breakfast was quite bad. Not really good value for money.

The location, pool area, and the great and professional staff.

We did not stay at Apartamentos La Caleta but instead had an email the day before arrival informing us we were moved to Hacienda San Jorge as Caleta was closed. This was not a problem as this hotel was superb in every way. The lovely pool is set in beautiful gardens with parrots, ducks, a 2 or 3 beautiful cats, a pond with coy carp plus small pools with terrapins. You could be anywhere in the world when looking out from your veranda and the gardens are well established and so beautifully maintained. The hotel foyer is like a garden area also. The staff in the hotel and restaurant are very helpful. The rooms are very comfortable with free WiFi plus tv with channels to suit many languages. We were cold on our first night and they supplied heating and extra blankets, we were very snug.

The apartment was clean and you can find all you need in there. Staff was very nice and kind and willing to help.
The only minus for us was the location as it's 5 Km away from the port and we just needed to stay over the 1 night. But if you're looking for accomodation where you wanna stay longer, it definitely worth it.

Due to volcanic activity on the island this hotel was not in use but they gave us a free upgrade to its sister hotel. The staff, facilities etc were fantastic. We had booked Bed and Breakfast, but also then paid extra for the buffet Evening meal which was excellent and great value for money.

The gardens are amazing and Lola the parrot was friendly.
Very good breakfast with a lot of choice and in a great part of the grounds over looking the beach.
I was moved at the last minute to the Hacienda San Jorge. It worked out well for me. It was a beautiful place

Apartment was very clean, comfortable and with good value for money. Shower was recently reformed. Balcony is huge and shared with other guests. We will be back.

They have ants everywhere, you can not leave any even smallest piece of food. Some stuff was friendly, but there one German lady who was very grumpy and not friendly. I was happy when I left this place.
